I don't want to be pessimistic, but september aims to be like the last couple of months, serious dropping on the market, as we started ethereum and bitcoin, both strong currencies, dropping and loosing the little progress they managed to achieve.

Cryptos have definitely saved a lot of unemployed or disabled people out there, it is also convenient as it allows you to become independent of an employer or the banks.

It is something that has been happening for some time now and I think the lack of innovative projects may be a contributing factor, and why it keeps dropping until this day.

It is really discouraging to be part of those projects that you mention, luckily I have participated in a lot of bounties and they all are really explicit with their spreadsheet, though not always you get the rewards you expected, and that is normal.

There are definitely big and legit ICO projects out there that need investors really badly, so go for it if you have a good amount to invest, avoid it if you just have pennies, because the returns could not be as you expected in the first place.

I would buy dash, litecoin and stellar for the long term, maybe ethereum, but the latter dropped a lot lately, more than 50 percent actually, so you may have to wait several months until you start seeing the profits.
How can I earn cash without investing? Can I earn a thousand dollars without investing or buying first?
If you are aiming for cash then you can definitely stick to airdrops and bounty campaigns and sell the tokens for fiat once you obtain them, though they are not as profitable as before, but still worth it.
Where do you find interesting ICO or crypto projects to invest ? Here on bitcointalk announcements or on other websites related to new ICO announcements !
I mostly try to search them on this forum, though I prefer if I find them on linkedin for example, that gives me a lot of confidence when trying to invest in them.

There are definitely altcoins that could even surpass bitcoin as long as they become more reliable, but the majority of the altcoins are definitely going to die sooner than later, there are simply too many projects of the same thing.

Now on september 2018 the best thing you could do is to sell your ethereum for bitcoin as soon as possible, not the opposite, bitcoin is expected to pump soon.

I think the governments closing the doors to cryptocurrencies will definitely end up working with them at some point, it is impossible to ban them as they are decentralized schemes.

Well, it was expected to go down because the rest of the altcoins were doing the same, but I think it ended up taking the biggest hit, it wasn't expected to drop that much and now a recovery could take several months to be completed.

I mostly try to hold bitcoin and ethereum in the most part in order to avoid all the fluctuations from altcoins, plus, I recommend to aim for long term and just focus on some other activities, if cryptocurrencies aren't your thing, you can still make passive income with it.

NEO is currently really good for investment because it is really cheap, but I think it has lost a lot of reliability, most people thought that it would not be dropping the way it did and there is still uncertainty about it's future.

Well, you can add a big variety of altcoins on Edge for android, and it offers the advantage of having all your coins along bitcoin, giving you a total balance in USD if you want.

If I had a good amount of money I would invest it in Bitcoin exclusively, I think it is the best I could do at the moment if I don't want to get into daily trading.

A lot of them fail to deliver a polished project and fail to achieve their initial goals, so they tend to just drop the project when they see that there is too many competition in the market.

I think that buying of every single altcoins is kind of unnecessary to gain a good amount of profits, just focus on five of them and wait for them to drop as much as you can to buy them.

I would definitely sell right after I am sure that I would get 200 percent profits, I mean, it is that rare of a situation but 200 percent is a great investment, it would depend on how much time I have the coin.

The big majority of the coins won't survive because they are just focusing on being part of the cryptocurrency market, just to generate profits and they are forgetting about offering an innovative idea, which is what cryptos are all about.
