Does the GPU intensity option not work for certain Miners? because whenever I set it to anything it always uses 100% of my gpu instead of the selected percentage I am using the latest version aswell

Even after a few re-installs to different locations/drives it still gives me the error I've checked the Static Data folder and all 6 json files are all there I've also reinstalled/ran with my AV disabled to see if that would help and
it didn't seem to help as I got the error again still unsure as to why it crashes

No one on the Discord has reported a similar issue and I am unable to reproduce it on my rigs. The only other time people report a similar issue is when they try to run the software on a version of Windows other than 10.  If the correct version of the .Net framework is not available, a different error message is usually shown instead.  However, you might want to verify that .Net 4.7.2 is installed on the rig. If it is, you might want to check the Logs folder to see if there is a debug or exceptions log file. If one of those files exists, I could use the information to better troubleshoot the issue.

Yeah it might be because I am running Windows 7 =P I should've said that earlier I guess

No worries. Sorry, if I had a copy of Windows 7 available, I would try to test and debug the issue. Unfortunately, the issue does not occur when running the app in compatibility mode on Windows 10.  There shouldn't be anything in HA that is Windows 10 specific, but obviously it is not 100% compatible with Windows 7 for some reason.  I am curious if there is an exception log in the Logs directory.  That might point me in the right direction of where the problem lies.

Where is the location of the Logs directory? I don't see one in the install folder also if you don't mind sailing the high seas you could test hash auger in windows 7 that way

I keep getting this error when trying to run hash auger even after a reinstall any idea of why it might be doing this? https://i.imgur.com/8nGJNWj.png

Sorry to hear that you are encountering that issue. That error message is shown when a problem occurs during initialization of the software; the most likely cause is corrupt or missing data files. You may want to check the install directory (the default is c:\Users\\AppData\local\congeriessoftware\hashauger for a directory called Static Data.  There should be six json files there.

If any files are missing, you should run the installer again and it will add the missing files.  However, if all the files are there or the whole folder is missing, you may want to uninstall the software and try installing it to a different directory such as C:\HashAuger instead. Some editions of Windows have a problem when using the default install location.

Regardless, let me know how it works out.

Even after a few re-installs to different locations/drives it still gives me the error I've checked the Static Data folder and all 6 json files are all there I've also reinstalled/ran with my AV disabled to see if that would help and

Any way to automatically back off GPU overclocks when mining Ravencoin? X16r will crash your cards with the normal overclocks that are fine for other coins. A script that turns Afterburner off/on maybe?

That is an interesting idea. I can definitely see the merit of being able to run a custom Afterburner script before the software launches any algorithm. I'll take a look into it. Thanks for your feedback!

Well you can run it in either Windows 7 compat mode for simple use or just run a VM with windows 7 installed to see if it works

Use smartmine if you don't mind doing some pool setup or nicerminer if you want a easy ride atm mining is not as profitable as a while ago I am getting (at the time of writing) 1$ per day which is to my knowledge normal with my hardware

Are you still working on this? I am super interested. When I tried putting the miners in the folder myself it deletes the bin folder. No antivirus or Windows Defender so I'm not sure why it's doing that. I believe there must have been a change in the nicehash code that fixes this. Or is no one else having this issue?
Don't know that he is but Theres another one made for MPH called nicerminer and it can show balance
