But how do you pay for a digital item and be guaranteed that someone else won't just copy pasta this item for free? Because if the item is somehow locked and can only be opened by someone with bitcoin, then you can actually transfer digital goods for bitcoin, or whatever, and they will hold that value without the risk of someone just copying it for free. I feel like there are probably alt projects that are trying to do this, but I haven't seen anything like that yet.

as far as possibility goes, any transaction output can contain any garbage data inside which could be a file. although bitcoin nodes are going to reject such nonstandard transactions because of the reason i mentioned above.

theoretically speaking and off the top of my head, one could encrypt a file (as raw bytes) with their public key then publish it on bitcoin blockchain. then two parties could come up with a multisignature design with that public key and the "buyer's" public key. then the buyer sends coins to that multisig address, as soon as the first party spends from that address he has to reveal the public key in which case the buyer can decrypt the file. but so will anybody else since the blockchain is public.

I'm sure this question won't sound that articulate because I don't know all the uses of bitcoin or blockchain applications, but is there a way to lock a file, or image, or website with bitcoin? Theoretically, the only way to access the thing is to "unlock it" with bitcoin, hence pay the owner of the digital object. I'm sure there are 1000 projects that have some similar shtick, but can this just be done with bitcoin? I feel like if it was possible and easy to do that could be a game changer. Curious about people's thoughts.

Aside from Casascius coins, are there any ways to identify a bitcoin as collectible? Let's say block height or something. I assume eventually some bitcoin may be worth more than others, particularly older bitcoin. Does anyone know of a way you can see what height the bitcoin you own was mined? Does it basically just involve tracing the transaction history?

Do people think that eventually there will be collectors that try to accumulate older bitcoin over later bitcoin?

I read that the ichimoku system was designed around a 6 day trading week, since at the time that's how trading worked in Japan. If that's true, I wonder if doubling the values is actually that useful, or if the default values might still be valuable.

I know people have had success trading this strategy, but what are people's experience both using the default values and doubling the values? With the default values it looks like you should be starting a short right about now, and with the crypto values it still seems ambiguous to enter a trade.

trouble is id like to do it without KYC, I think paxful now requires kyc, as does binance. Though I understand if I e-transfer it's not completely anonymous, I was hoping to find someone on here with a good reputation that could act as an escrow service. I understand country will be important, but I'm going to wait for PMs from people before I disclose that.
