What network connector is that? It looks more like an eSATA.

I made a bet to address 14tG7HdbU9psmpds7uKRTfaRo8q2J3JTB9 but it appears to have not registered. Did I cut n paste the address wrong?

Edit:
I can't find it in the blockchain either?  It says the address hasn't been used. Transaction ID 777ac37b8edc06eb68e19a020e84662c88663c79a067f9a71f655b5054af3ae8

my miners are down now  Angry

Is all the infrastrcure down or just the web frontend? I can't check my miners now.

Both my miners and the web page are off.

Of course this has to happen when I'm away  with no way to connect to the miners :/
Anyway i can't nobody else than me for having avoided to set a pool failover

My failover is 50BTC...

Avalon Refunds $2.9M in Bitcoins to ASIC Miner Customers http://thegenesisblock.com/avalon-refunds-22000-btc-2-9m-to-asic-miner-customers/

I hope BFL are taking notes!

I can't wait for my refund letter from my CC company - gonna scan it and post it on BFL forums inviting Josh to eat a large sack of dicks.

The price per GH isn't that far off what the K16 is going to cost us including assembly.  Am I missing something?

I hope Friedcat release once for all more than 1000 units for 0.1 BTC.

discount prog is only to honor/compensate the early buyer
--> you can get max the quantity you bought for 0.89/0.99 or more

afaik Wink

what about the REALLY early buyers who bought at 2.1 each?

I think Friedcat released discount BEs or coupons with the idea they'd go to the early buyers who paid 1BTC or more so as to offset the rapid difficulty rise and low return at that price but at least one reseller having the units used those to pump up current sales almost halving his then already lower prices.  Since that wasn't what Friedcat indicated they were for, Friedcat may have stopped.

Doesn't seem fair on the rest of us who bought and are expecting something back (after being told we were entitled to it)...

If the people who paid 0.99 for them get one, by rights we should get 2 per 1 we bought.

@Augusto Croppo, I didn't mean to upset you, I think there is a communication issue here. All the best.

Well... I did get a bit upset because I really work hard to keep my reputation as best as possible. So, all right, no issues about your opinion regarding my practices. You are entitled to one and I respect that. Basically, we are in the same boat (ASICMiner), so there is no reason to we fight to sell the fish (Block Erupter USB). Perhaps you are right about my communication issue.

Best regards.

I think he means the thread title doesn't specify that the 0.2BTC price is for your previous customers only.

What kind of oscillators are people using?  I see different types (TXCO, MXCO etc) different min/max voltages and capacitance.  I also can't find one the same size.  Do the 5x3.2mm ones fit?  Are the package pinouts standard?

I was thinking the people who are having problems (e.g. BE not working, very little increase with a 16MHz oscillator) could have one of these specs wrong.  Can the people who have done the mod post specs or links and whether theirs are working as expected?
check post #236

Thanks, I think I missed a page because of a lot of posts (been following since page 1).

I'm interested!

probably he shouldn't, if he can serve only 30% of customers he shouldn't miss those who were first to ask for it.

It will take until 10th to organise it, then 100% can be covered.

I'm getting good at these! Either that, or I am the first one to see it when the pic is clearer...

I thought it looked like Roy Scheider, but had to google him to make sure he had a beard at some point.  I also had to make sure it wasn't someone playing him in a biopic!
