He has run off with the funds for a year now, and shown that the message he posted on his websites about processing refunds was a lie.

After some of us over on reddit started to talk about launching a legal suit, the bitspend scammer deleted his known reddit account and made one called "Hollywood_mark". Shortly after he made these posts begging for bitcoins and asking for legal advice.


He also posted an update on bitspend.net
