I made a transaction earlier in the week on Tuesday still nothing here. But I just went to CVS and did a cash deposit and it went through to my Mt.Gox in mere seconds I know cause I was checking my account while doing the transaction. At this point to my fellow Bit Coin community I would start just filing a refund through ZipZap as I've already did so today. Might see faster results then waiting around any longer its already been almost 4 days sense this all happened.

Been 48 hrs, any chance I can get some direct customer support soon?
And fyi, yes I've PM'd all info and also submitted support tickets.

Its been longer then that for my original purchase Tuesday at 6pm EST. I still haven't gotten shit. Tired of waiting so I'm filing a refund through ZipZap on the purchase Tuesday and I'm going to do another one and see if it works. If it doesn't work I will shit a brick and literally throw it at someone !

I took $123.95 to my local CVS today and made my moneygram payment.  ZipZap's website confirms that the payment was made successfully.  Yet my transaction doesn't even show up in the blockchain, or my wallet.  

kevinkrg6@hotmail.com was the email I used.  

Good to know, I wanted to get more bitcoin this weekend and was wondering if their system was working or not yet.
Curious, did you check out as a guest like me? Or do you have a bitinstant id?

Yes, but my transaction from the other day now lists a manual transaction but no fiat in Gox yet.  Still a work in progress.

Besides the other day. The other one today worked ? Did you use Mt.Gox though ?
Just wanting confirmation cause I'm about to go do a Cash Deposit here in about and hour n half at CVS

But i still have yet to receive funds in my Mt.Gox account and my support ticket nunber is 9053 an i know my payment was confirmed an no information was wrong. Has anyone that used a Mt.Gox account for their funds to be sent there  gotten their funds yet?

It looks like I asked you for order info that would help me identify your order and you haven't provided that info yet.  Please respond to my support email which asks you for your order info.

I apologize misread my case number it is 9503. My ZipZap account is 713839900.

We just pushed your order thru and we're waiting for an execution.

Still havent received  my funds Ursay do you know why ?. Its suppose to he getting sent to my Mt.Gox account at M65239266X

I used mt gox and I got my funds. My order was placed Tues at 2pm

Do you know what number your support ticket was?  I placed my order at 7 EST on Tuesday

Anyone Had A Successful Transaction with BitIstant on 6/13 ?

I need some user validation here has anyone tried making a payment today through Bit Instant using the Cash Deposit feature to fund their Mt.Gox account and actually gotten their funds within about an hour ? Please could really use some input on this seeing as the payment I made Tuesday is still no where to be found along with quite a few other customers.

I just want to clarify I already made a payment Tuesday night still nothing. But are orders that have been filled out today through BitIstant using Cash Deposit to fill your Mt.Gox account working properly ?

I've used the BitInstant services at least over 15 times using the Cash Deposit option and this is first time this has happened. Frankly as a customer I'm really disappointed and the lack of communication is appalling especially coming from a business that should be following certain protocols to handle influx of tickets that have been left unattended. While there continues to be a rise in complaints and frustrations nothing seems to be accomplished. I've made 2 tickets just to see if I would get different response and all I got was a copy and pasted answer thats being spammed to all other customers with similar issues. I been browsing the internet the past 2 days waiting to see if anyone has been funded their correct amount and I haven't found a single person that did a cash deposit and their Mt.Gox account was funded that amount. Seriously BitIstant I'm shaking my head right now this is damn nightmare for everyone and I don't see it stopping anytime soon. I will be requesting a refund from ZipZap until you pull your shit together. Spend more development time working out all the bugs before you launch a new website.
