Not on the new only. As I saw in the investigation recently it happens on the all big exchanges exclude binance and bitfinex. Watch on the order list. Do you think many orders with 1-2 tokens are real? No doubt it's a botI try to increase portfolio by trading. And my favourite coins are ADA (so dumped), ENG and Stratis. I wait for good growth for those coins. And I'm sure that they can do it. My decision leans on the DYOR of course
I think today nobody have doubt about right time. I wrote week ago that you can buy. But today it becomes more difficult because many alts were pumped. And we can wait for long time when bounce will be. Or not will be if BTC will rise again
