They raised 5k btc and nothing actual place or offices has been seen since their inactivity. Checked the telegram group and the last update was on february. The team might be busy doing the project or another project. Hopefully they release a news soon.

They updated everyone constantly when they were actually building stuff. So i am not sure why they would have changed their policy to building in secrecy without any github activity or any media updates. I think that they just failed. I am not sure why and i understand that some holders still want to believe.

I hope it turns out good for you guys since literally everything else is pumping, so why not this at some point.

It would probably help if they were in some reputable exchange.

I really think that part of the failure was the guy that kept relentlessly spamming this thread with non sto FUD. That's actually pretty effective.

Two United States District Court judges blocked Trump campaign election challenges in Georgia and Michigan Monday, slamming them for their overreach and presumption. The dismissed Georgia case was the infamous “Kraken” lawsuit filed by Trump attorney Sidney Powell.

So that's it, the Kraken has been slain. And it didn't even take the head of Medusa to cast a gaze and turn it to stone. Just a couple frumpy judges reiterating what the intelligent masses have already known: Trump is out of his mind.

Little bit more then that.

Trump and his legal team is out of their mind. Though I think they know EXACTLY what they're doing. Rudy Giuliani is not someone you have around when you think you're going to win a legal case and be done with it. He's someone you have around when you're trying to make a media spectacle of the whole thing.

If this was a real case this wouldn't be the case. But the reason for this is that this has the intention of raising money and keeping Trump relevant, nothing more and nothing less.

Rudy Giuliani is the former Mayor of NYC, former attorney general. He is beyond a great lawyer.

Of course the third world spics are going to be mad.  What did you expect?

Edit:  Who the fk watches "Univision"?

A lot of people who vote. The same thing also happened with English speaking channels. Can't have the people considering the possibility.

Trump holds his first press conference in two days, and Univision has a violent reaction, cuts away from him and starts calling him a liar. Trump was basically repeating the report of some of the poll watchers, that they were separated, given binoculars.

https://www.univision.com/noticias/univision-interrumpio-el-discurso-de-donald-trump-por-difundir-falsedades-las-palabras-de-jorge-ramos-video

I've never seen anything like it. Isn't that very unprofessional. Shouldn't the people be able to listen to the President and consider what he says? Reminded me of the Hunter Biden scandal.

I pretty much wanted to check out the Spanish media perspective, but this is pretty much all of the US news station.

Humans, the FBI, they're not god. They can't just snap their finger, boom, stop the virus from spreading. If humans had such powers then the world would be very different.

The Coronavirus started in China, and it hit them pretty bad. They had to close whole cities, suspend travels, and they won't recover from that over night. They will, but not over night.

You have to note that China is a big country, they close some cities but there are some cities or provinces that are open for business and that is Shanghai, their business capital, I read that they are still open for business even during the times when their number are spreading fast.

And also, if you ask China, they would not say that the virus originally came from their country, only other countries are accusing them, and in fact, they even accuse that it was China's biological weapon to destroy other countries and they China will rule.

https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2020/05/trump-threatens-action-china-covid-19-200503101120358.html

China is a big country but closing whole cities, while essentially locking down everything else hurt them. Not to mention no international flights. Look at the satellite pollution levels. The pollution levels went dramatically down for China. That does not look like a country that was open for business.

Now dct price is under 100 sat.
Unbelievable!!!!
Almost -99.9999% dumped.
Also volume is miserable.
Soon this coin will disappear into history.

Why do celebrate it so much. Kind of weird for someone who says they are invested in this coin.

It's all very complicated, but you said something very interesting and I couldn't pay much attention afterwards, so will need to re read. You said that people are selling Bitcoins to pay their rent. Thoughts like that cripple mean, because again, taking action on whether to buy or sell is complicated. I feel like an utter noob.

Reminds me of the earlier days when one of my major thoughts before buying anything with cash was, "This is going to cost me $30, but if Bitcoin moons, I would be paying a lot more for this useless thing."

I really, really, really wish I could go back in time. I'm sure that's a very common feeling in the crypto universe.

Re: [ANN] ALAX - The Blockchain Game Platform for Emerging Markets

I can't believe I lost all of my ALAX. Almost $300 worth at current value, but I invested more than that.

I was able to recover the compressed file, but it won't open. Anyone knows how to used a hex editor to fix a compressed file? These instructions are too complicated. https://www.7-zip.org/recover.html

It won't open because you don't remember the password or it won't open because the file is corrupt? Hex editor is pretty hardcore approach. Good luck anyway.

The password I know, but the file is corrupted. It's also the exact same size as the original. 823 bytes.

I found a TrueCrypt container that can possibly have my password, so I'm trying to figure out the password for the container. Would it be too late to claim my ALAX if I were to recover it?

I'm having a bit of an issue. I thought I had all my coins on coinbene, but not, most of it is still on my original Eth wallet. I've been going nuts looking for the wallet for the past two hours. Hard to find dud to all the useless Airdrop from a year ago cluttering everything. I finally found the address, but low and behold, for some reason where I stored it doesn't have the private key. Is there anything that I can do? I'm losing my mind. I've checked everywhere in my computer, Windows search, dropbox.

The address is linked/associated to my DCT account, since I bought ALAX with DCT.

I figured out what happened, after seeing two deleted files on my Dropbox history. One with the Eth address in a compressed password protected file and another with the JSON MEW file. Since they were deleted over 30 days ago (probably 31), I can't recover it from Dropbox. I even upgraded to the paid Dropbox plan, since they keep deleted files for longer, but that did not work.

From what I remember, I normally copy and paste password protected private keys files out of my Dropbox to the Desktop, for security reasons. To not have my private key unencrypted in my Dropbox, which in theory could potentially be access by someone at the company, or if someone else gets access to my Dropbox. Both highly unlikely. I must have simply moved it to the desktop, instead of copy and pasted it. So trying to be extra careful created an extra point of failure.

Another thing that I do is backup all of my files to an external hard drive, so I'm running undelete software on it. It's currently scanning it, and it's going to take 14 hours to scan each sector of the hard drive. Hopefully, since the files are less than one kilobyte, they were not written over by new files added since it was last saved there.

It's almost like a curse. Because like I mentioned earlier, I also have it saved on a page with all my Eth addresses, but for some bizarre reason this ALAX one only has the address but not the private key. So the one address that gets lost does not have the private key. It’s got to be a curse.

Re: Do you use cryptocurrencies in your daily life? Are they useful?

The last time I bought something with Bitcoin was in 2016 (I've been in holding mode since). I bought a used CPU for like $20 worth. (Which now would be around $264). It's been a while, but next time I build a computer it's going to be mostly with Bitcoin.
