RED FLAG! RED FLAG!

I have tried to pay at a gas station, paid there before at least 50 times, now the card was refused, but money are gone! Also, no transaction history whatsoever displayed, not even declined one.

Stay away, they are clearly having big, big troubles!

That's the kind of issue I'm facing right now too. Wirex says they are in contact with the bank trying to figure out what is going on.

if money still in ur card & u can't use them, u should check ur card if it is still active or canceled ( just try to get ur pin code by using the phone number of mychoicecorporate if it's canceled they will tell u that ur card is canceled).

my cards was canceled by using an invalide pin from 4month ago but the problem fixed after contacting mychoicecorporate support at this address: support@mychoicecorporate.com.

after support intervention money are back to my btc wallet .. now i'm waiting their answer if card load problem fixed or not before try load my card again.

no answer to me from suport been 4 days this is the worst service i have seen suport is sleeping

i tried to use e-coin support form yesterday but no ticket created no feedback received .. but this morning i tried to contact wirex support at this address: support@wirexapp.com

the ticket created automatic & i got 3 feedback until now .. so try to send them an email from the same email u use in e-coin.

i got an answer from Alena, She tell me that the support is looking to my problem.

i can't acces to my wirex account it's freez in Two-Factor Authentication ( the same account works fine in e-coin )

it's more than 1h and my last trasfert to my wallet still in pending
If I remember correctly , It should get at least 3 confirmations before It gets added to your wallet. (It's mostly the card loading which people are having an issue with and not loading the BTC account)

it's okay now i can see it on my wallet but after 3h Cheesy

about card loading, the problem still exist .. my last card loading still not processed from yesterday morning & i can't see money on my card until now Sad

i have a problem in loading my e-coin card, i tried to contact the support as i do before.

but i didn't reveive any feedback.

alsoi i can't access to https://help.e-coin.io/ to check if there is an open ticket for my problem or not.

i know .. me too my card still can receive btc/usd load but after calling mychoice to check the pin i found that my card is cancelled .. i ask u to try get ur pin code by phone to check if ur card still active or cancelled.
