I am happy to see new things happening in shift but why are there still so many red nodes? The explorer is showing that those are red for months now. The shift team should focus on taking them out so that other people can run and help the network.

Wrong as always of course, the swap has nothing to do with going to defi etc.
The purpose is to ensure the project a marketplace where people can trade SHIFT without the danger of getting delisted, facing an exchange hack etc ....

But $wSHIFT is just around the corner --> then: uniswap etc :-)

When on a "real" exchange ? 

LOL, about the worst call I've seen made by a user the coin is up 12x since you posted this. What a poor judge of projects you are. Maybe do a little bit of research into what is actually going on with the project before making such calls.
