Posted it on twitter. Support is not doing anything. They have stole now all my coins. It is a shame.

Why exchange is guilty in your problem if you were hacked? Use 2FA and sleap well 
Well that is the whole problem. I did not get hacked. They dont have proof that I am hacked. They cant profide me with the nessesarry information. I except that i dont use the 2fa. But there are still some coins on my account. And I want them back. So why not enabble my account. That was the easiest way.

I have an account on Stocks.Exchange. I was trading there with success. Not having any problems with deposits, trading and withdrawals. Until the 22 of January. My account was locked out. 2FA was enabled on my account and I did not enable it. So I tried to contact support. That was a challenge, since you cant fill in a support ticked without an account. So after spamming on twitter and on the business email I finally had a response. "Please send an email to support@stocks.exchange" Nice a reaction, so i send an email. What then happened was a bit of fun and unique, that would be the right word.
So here is the story of how "the solving of my account" was going.

Long story short i still dont have access to my account. And i made a promise to sasha. Here is the forum post. They stole my coins.

Dont you find it weird that there is a transaction on my account when we are in discussion on enabling my account? I give you my balances. They are almost spot on. And you wont enable my account because of the last withdrawal. I think it is a little bit sketchy. ITNS -> GONE. BTLLC -> GONE. I want my coins back. If you enable my account I will not give you negative credits on forums, twitter etc. If you dont enable my account then it is your responsible for all the negativity that will come.

Nice to see some development. Dunno if this is normal but i am getting the above errors.

I have asked during betatesting on this bigbrother errors because I got a lot of red rows with it. Dev people told me that It's another problem, which currently takes place in all CryptoNote coins not only bytecoin and the most important is that this does not have impact on the deamon functions. They are going to fix the problem soon but it is not probably priority nr.1 because it does not harm the function .... It makes sense to me.

CryptoNote Exchange is shutting down
Before you freak out: No, we did not get hacked. Yes, 100% of the funds are in our reserves and secure.
This exchange was launched first and foremost to bring monero to exchanges. As I have stated previously most features were disabled and a basic but functional exchange was setup for this purpose. Long term my plan is to launch a much more comprehensive exchange on the domain "exchange.to". In that sense, cryptonote exchange has served as a beta test for this project and I am very pleased with how smooth everything went.
Since our launch, other and more established exchanges has opened for trading of monero and bytecoin and this has resulted in declining volume and liquidity here.
We peaked at ~250 btc volume within 24 hours. At most we held more than 10% of the entire MRO supply in our reserves, at this point, we hold ~64k MRO, ~600k BCN, ~100 BTC. We have 745 members.
Running an exchange is great responsibility as funds must be secure at all times, there can be no critical bugs and there is an on-going need for support work. With the maintenance work of unreliable MRO/BCN wallets, this responsibility and low volume combined I have decided that my time is better spent with full focus on further development.
Running this exchange has given me great insight into hurdles that must be overcome for the exchange to be truly great and I would like to thank everyone for participating.

As a gesture of good will, any customer who holds 500 MRO / 5M BCN or more, you will be allowed to withdraw using payment id (e.g to move to another exchange), to do so, simply submit a support ticket with payment id and then request withdraw.

I have had never problems with withdrawal my bcn coins. But yes sometimes it does not put the coins from the pool to your own balance. But yet again chill out. It all will be fine. Just have some patience. to give you a climb of my withdrawals i will post a image here.
I can withdraw my BCN just fine. We're not talking about BCN withdrawals, we're talking about all the other coins. No Brander, it's not that simple. I mined coins. I would like my coins. It's that simple.I stopped mining at Minergate over a week ago but I'm not just going to throw up my hands, walk away, and let them keep my coins.
Minergate has had withdrawal issues from the day they opened. And although they do eventually resolve issues, as a customer I find their priorities insulting. People have been letting them know about withdrawal issues for over a week. In that time they have released updates to the website and mining software, meanwhile a bug on their website prevents withdrawals goes unresolved.
I only mine BCN. So dunno about the other coins. But There where people who cant withdraw bcn coins as well.
I can agree with you about issues and they need to be fixed. But I think people hosting and programming this in there spare time. So its more like a hobby then work. That is how I look at it. So that means that it can take longer. And i guess when they update the site they are frozen the payouts and withdrawals just to be sure nothing goes wrong. I would do that to if i was hosting such a site.
I always did get my coins so I think it is not a scam site. Maybe i got lucky

Een standaard ontraceerbare BCN transactie
Voor elke standaard transactie wordt door de zender eenmalig een publieke sleutel, gebaseerd op het ontvangers adres en willekeurige gegevens. Dit gebeurt zo dat de verzonden transactie naar de unieke sleutel verstuurd wordt en deze transactie kan alleen door de ontvanger gedecodeerd worden. Is de transactie voltooid dan kunnen de munten uitgegeven worden met gebruik van de ring handtekening. Hierdoor wordt de identiteit van de koper gemaskeerd.
