I was trying to create a new XBT withdrawal address last night. On verification email something was wrong and accidentally my account was locked. When I try to login a message says "account locked". I sent a mail requesting my birthday, my name, my account balances.... but no one answer me from kraken support. I escalated my ticket too.
Please, unlock my account. I will edit my bitcointalk message as soon as you unlock it.

EDIT: Not bad at all. Quickly support assistance. Today I check my account and it works again. Support sent me one email about processing and scalated ticket one day after my account was locked. January 2 they sent me another email and today January 3 all is working on my account again.
