Since the beginning of the pandemic, pet surrendering rates have increased dramatically around the world. Waitlists for surrendering household pets have increased to a remarkable eight months as animal shelters and welfare organisations have seen an increase of 34% for animals needing help.
Typically, animal shelters are under resourced and under financed; relying heavily on donations and the volunteer efforts to assist animals.
This is where Woof Coin steps in. As avid lovers of dogs, we wanted to make a difference. Using the power of Proof of Work mining, weâve created a coin where miners are contributing to the donation of money to animal welfare shelters. These shelters initially include the ASPCA who already have a cryptocurrency donation mechanism but with intention to expand to the RSPCA and other organizations suggested by the community.

Ok, so after looking at Pagarex, it seems not improbable but impossible that PagareX is not HomeBlockCoin.
1. It's impossible for someone ELSE to have accidentally made the SAME IDENTICAL looking Exchange.
2. Nobody in their right mind, would EVER pay to ACQUIRE the shittiest exchange code in the world.
Coming from this. There are 2 possible ways this is going to unravel next week.
( Pagarex ICO is starting in 1 and a half days btw, is supposed to last 7 days and will finish next week accidentally, when ALL the big news and price RISE is expected
)1. Next week, HomeBlockCoin will unload the rest of its coins thus making HBC $0, collect ICO money and Pagarex ICO money and bail the fuck out.
2. Next week, they will Finance HomeBlockCoin with the money they get from PagareX and HBC Price will go upwards drastically. ( Althought I dont understand why they need PagareX money considering they cashed out on HBC ICO to begin with ).
you never know, BUT, what if HomeBlockCoin is not willing to use their own BTC to drive the price of the coin UP because they are the ones dumping coins to make as much money as possible before they flee...

They've collected millions of dollars from an ICO to PUSH the project with. However, there's been literally NO money invested into the project.
NO MEDIA COVERAGE, NO ADVERTISING OF ANY KIND.
If you hire a moron programmer for 400$ a month from wherever the hell these guys are from you can make the exchange look better than it does now, but NOBODY is doing that !
I have 1 week experience in website building and I COULD MAKE IT LOOK BETTER.
No new exchanges are added to drive the price up and there seems to be NO response from DEVS for days at a time, which really is a 5 minute thing to do.....
Is there EVEN a Development team at ALL???

Buying volume on coinexchangeh as grown to 8.5 BTC ( $127.500 USD )
The selling volume has fallen down from 42000 HBC to 4500 HBC ( $29.500 USD )
The buying volume is almost 4.5 times higher than selling volume.
It seems the coin is on the rise and its a great time to buy !

Technically, I think we are generally speaking TOO GREEDY.
There's a platform that pays almost 50% a month on investment and that's not enough for simple folk anymore... we need the coin to grow 100x times to see profitability....

"BUY" volume on coinexchange was around 1 BTC yesterday.
It is 5 BTC Today....
People are buying again. Which is good.
Hopefully the buying and selling volumes even out in near future and coin will go up in price again.
Also, bear in mind that the coin price is in BTC, and BTC went UP from 12K recently to 16k NOW which had negatively impacted the HBC-BTC price....

I've been reading this thread for a while now.
It seems the information provided by the community has been falling on deaf ears so far.
There are fairly simple steps that people have been suggesting the devs implement for the coin to take off, however, as simple as it would be for developers to say "hey guys there are a few things we are working on few of which are"
1. We are taking off the requirements for withdrawals.
2. We are working on bettering the exchange and are investing a buttload of money into marking/advertising.
3. We are lowering the reinvesting to $10 instead of $100.
4. Lower the withdrawal fee.
And guess what. People would rejoice and maybe start buying the coin again.
HOWEVER. Nobody has come out to say ANY of those things. Instead, we have devs saying stuff like "what should we do to better our system" and "we are working on it".
NOT ENOUGH !
The buying volume on coinexchange has fallen to under 3 BTC total for people buying the damn coin.
You want to see the price of the coin go up ? Take 100-200 BTCs and start buying your own coins through coinexchange... Get the ball rolling... people see price going UP and 2 things are going to happen.
1. People will start lending heavily at $15.
2. People will start investing into the coin because all of a sudden they'll see value and what's more important "DEMAND".
And you'll see another bitconnect in the making.
Also, hire better programmers and make the bloody exchange look somewhat professional.
I am not whining here, I am merely trying to constructively explain what's going on.
I am one of the heavier investors in the platform and I am already 40% down on my investment.
I do however hope and wish that this coin will turn around and we'll all make some money.
Simple steps are needed to make this happen.

2. Devs will listen to community, implement changes quickly while people remember what HBC stands for and good things will follow for both: Devs and the community.
