This looks like a scam coin with poorly maintained wallet ( old code ) and the team listed on the website are probably fake with only one person running the show.

I think you can officially call this a "shitcoin"  because... the wallet is running old code that hasn't been updated since like 2014, the wallet is synching very slowly even with 7 active connections,  the website is a mess and the dev is not putting any effort into updating it, there is virtually not marketing done at all. Just a few things I've noticed.

"1 LTC you held at the fork block, you'll receive 10 LCC",  the price will stay down due to the fact that people from LTC are in possession of LCC

If I have a ? mark in my transaction how long do I have to wait before it is cleared?
also, what happens if I send satoshis to a wallet that is mining, will it ever go through?
