According to website - there are 2743019 Shares available, out of which 196910 are locked.

So I guess there's not much of a chance of price going up.  Do they still offer transfers to Havelock?

I dont understand why theyre still selling ipo shares if they have the money needed to launch the company. They should end the IPO and destroy all remaining unsold ipo shares. It would increase the % of the company all current shareholders have including their own. It would be a huge thank you for all who have given them money so far and make current shareholders very happy. Why do they need the extra money from yet to be sold ipo shares??

Our backdated divs?

HA!! made me chuckle, thanks. Wouldn't that be nice.

Anyone have any info on this "Canadianguy" who claims to have a vmc miner on this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=206488.260 ? Is he lying? This would be huge if we could confirm that miners are being shipped. Any insight on this?

+1 for Bitfunder. Interface is great and everything works the way it should. Weexchange is definitely weird but it does work, I've never had problems moving bitcoins through them. Coins show up in about 20 minutes and it's free. Does anyone know why they use that service at all? Why can't they just accept and release bitcoins directly?

I was able to place an order just now after I used the trick to free up the funds. Hopefully this order gets honored. Guess we'll see.

And NOW my money shows up!! Minutes after it closes.

Looks like a scam to me. Maybe I should be happy I wasn't able to get involved!

At least yours has showed up.  I deposited well within time and confirmed within time.  However, my coins have not shown up.  Although there is a record and i am certain i will get them given to me eventually.

Try what I did:

Go to WITHDRAW the BTC, and put in some amount of BTC even if it says 0 max available.

After that is done your BTC might magically show up like mine did.

Confirmed - this works.

Damn, wish I had figured that out 9 minutes earlier!!

Hot damn it actually works. weird. Still sucks we didn't figure this out before cut off.. DAMN! This sucks.

The IPO should be extended due to these glitches.

I too have way more than 6 confirmations yet no money showing up in my wallet.

Its no longer true that everyone will get a piece. All the people how have 0 in their wallet due to this glitch won't be able to participate at all.

There is no harm in adding another 4 hours on to the trade deadline in the meantime until this glitch is worked out and it will make a lot of people happy.

+1 IPO should be extended because funds are not showing at the wallet

+1 EXTEND IPO

If you guys can't get your bids in before the cutoff, I'll have plenty of shares for sale after 8 pm.  I'm sure we'll be able to agree on a price.

weird - my 1/3 confirms at btctc just disappeared

I had 2/3 confirms, then it hit 3/3 and it disappeared. It still shows I have 0 BTC even though I just hit 3/3 confirms on the BTC I transferred to BTC-TC

same boat here... hopefully this clears up before the cut off.

just think for a moment.

crushing. yeah right!

noone knows what is going to happen by end of year BUT-

ASIC MINER standing by to deploy
half of BFLs might ship + their chips
AVALONS
Avalon CHIPS
who knows what else avalon will offer this year
Bitfury's
KNCS
unknown players

you guys are truly naive if you think AMC can make a decent dent.
they can play but i think everyone needs to get their expectations in line with reality

I would say that it is the height of naïveté to believe that ASICMINER will not have future competition for blockchain dominance. I ask one simple question: if not ActM, then who? ActM is at least positioning itself to be in the running, so why not get on board when the price is low? A 2% mining share would equate to ActM share prices over 0.025BTC & weekly dividends of 0.00025BTC/share
8% : 0.1BTC/share & weekly dividends of 0.001BTC/share
16% : 0.2BTC/share & weekly dividends of 0.002BTC/share

Can you really afford not to punt some BTC on 5,000 or 10,000 shares?

Care to share your calculations?
