They have frozen my funds for 3 years.

They still have 250+ of my LTC Frozen

Vircurex has frozen my account for over 3 years. I had over 250 LTC.  I've emailed them numerous times with no response.
AVOID USING THEM!! 
If anyone has had a similar issue or has a contact there, please let me know.
