If reinstalling, make sure to delete the roaming folder as well.

You could make a config file that has "addnode=xx.xx.xx.xx"
Where the XX are active IP of users that can act as nodes.
This is standard format of many cryptocurrency wallets.
Not many connections out there and not sure what IP to use.

Hi guys, so I removed all trace of the wallet and downloaded it again, I ran it as administrator and got this error :
