I am not up to date to the lastest news on the United States policies on Bitcoin and cryptocurrency, though. The last thing I remember to have read had something to do with Trump saying Stablecoins are positive for the handling of money and access to liquidity in the general, so I assumed lawmakers in the Republican party were going to push to turn stablecoin into the new standard, but I am not sure if what I read was real of a fakes news.
last i heard a bill was passed and it seems like a positive news for bitcoin so we should expect more from the us as they continue to follow their plans of being crypto capital of the world

it depends how big of a loss that was

if it was just a few dollars then i probably won’t be losing sleep over it but if it’s a pretty big one i can move on but i’ll probably never forget it and years later i’ll still remember it and shake my head

Re: Pertaining to leadership roles, do family financial background have much effect?

Being born and raised from a wealthy family is a great privilege. Opportunities are unlimited, so expect that you will gain an edge over the others. However, if we talk about success here, being wealthy does not guarantee you will be successful on your leadership.
some kids who grew up wealthy may even fail at actual real life tasks because they lacked skills because they never had to learn they were spoon fed every single thing compared to kids who grew up poor they learned how to be independent and resourceful at a young age

Currently, person with highest amount of bitcoin in the world is Satoshi Nakamoto and he is the 12th richest man in the world. Can his number one spot be taken by some other person anytime soon ? Who can be that person to replace Satoshi ? Elon Musk ?
why would elon musk replace the 12th richest man when he is already the richest man? and satoshi may not buy any more bitcoins but since bitcoin's value keeps increasing satoshi will get richer and richer so this highlights the importance of holding

In my opinion, those Facebook pages won't be taken down that easily by our government, especially if they have around 9 million followers unless the violation is really serious.
i don't think it's the facebook pages that they want to delete but only the posts that contain the illegal casinos. they are only promoters after all and not the actual owners of the illegal casino so they should not be in too much trouble if they just take down the promotional posts.

Re: Are online Casinos more rigged than physical Casinos like in Las Vegas?
by

on 15/07/2025, 23:47:13 UTC
i never really have thought that online casinos are rigged but another benefit of playing in a physical casino is the experience itself you walk in and you see the actual casino instead of just seeing your room which you see all the time anyway

anyway there are also ways for a physical casino to be rigged without you noticing so the argument doesn’t make much sense to me

Re: Use simple logic to win in sports betting..
by

They say you need to analyze thoroughly and consider tons of data to make the right decisions… but if we’re just using the word "logic," then all of that might not even be necessary anymore.

What do you think, is that really possible?
this is the definition of logic from oxford languages: reasoning conducted or assessed according to strict principles of validity.

meaning there has to be an actual data that is valid for you to base your conclusion on so i do not know what you think what logic means but using logic in sports betting would mean looking at previous results

The man made a mistake from onset. What's wrong to tell your partner that you do gamble, at least in the early stage of the relationship, she will consider if she will cope with it or end it. At the same time, I dont think it is wise to end a strong relationship because you find out that your partner is a gambler. Things like that can be fixed, highest she demand for change which will come in due time.

Both of them have made a mistake. One failed to communicate while the other acted impulsively.
they have been together for a long time maybe after some time apart they will realize some things and will get to talk together

i do not think gambling is the worst thing here but the fact that he hid this secret from her maybe if he were just honest they could have talked it out

Re: Bitcoin as a Neutral Asset: Can it Really Stay Apolitical in a Fragmented World
by
btc78
on 11/07/2025, 15:08:26 UTC

Someone using it for their purpose does not make it political. Bitcoin will always be Bitcoin, neutral. You can use it for good and for evil, neither of this makes it good or evil. Using it for political reasons does not make it political, Bitcoin remains neutral.
Never said it was political.
I said its now used as a political weapon
Bitcoin in itself might be neutral but it's perception is determined by how's used.
People exist in an environment. Everything is connected whether directly or indirectly
So changes in the economy would have an impact in Bitcoin
Though mostly centered on the price.
Sure, that still does not carry any importance. Bitcoin will remain neutral, unchanging. People can use it for whatever they want just like I said. This is what is hard to understand maybe for you too. Whatever traditional thing you use in some way you are changing it. That's why most good things tend to be corrupted if some bad people get involved. This is not the case with Bitcoin. Perceptions come and go, it is not that important in the short term.
bitcoin will always remain neutral yes but also there is no denying that during times like this politicians use bitcoin to have an advantage this does not make bitcoin political but it does make bitcoin a political tool

the same way relevant issues are used as a political tool. it just means that the interest in bitcoin is performative and not genuine.

Re: Can Your Name Become an Economy? Why Building Your Own Personal Brand Matters
by

I like how masterful Donald Trump uses his surname as a brand. Anyone who can afford, put Trump in their product name and immediately get recognition. Also product get recognized as something expensive and luxurious. Make a product, add Trump to its name - it will add greatly to product price and get a lot of free promotion.
his surname will obviously be popular because not only is he the current us president but he became the president twice

but before he became president he was i think quite popular already as he was very rich and a very well known politician back then. what is his brand then? back then it was being rich i believe. now people may have different opinions of the name trump.

gambling in prison
by
btc78
on 09/07/2025, 12:22:16 UTC
have you ever been to prison? it is a tough life in there. no matter what you did or whether you were wrongly accused for something, prison is not for everyone. it is obviously lonely as you gets separated away from your family. it can get boring, not being able to do what you want.

but gambling, even tho is prohibited, is often what entertains most prisoners. there is no actual money in prison so they often exchange in other forms of currencies like food or smuggled items. even their way of gambling is smuggled. cards, dice and even information from the outside are all smuggled.

the reason why gambling is prohibited tho is because it might escalate into fights if someone for example loses and doesn't pay their debts

just shows how gambling will always exist anywhere

Re: As an experience gambler what is your advice to newcomers
by

on 07/07/2025, 16:25:37 UTC
My advice is that you think if you are a person that gets addicted to other things easily. If you are, you should stay away from gambling even as entertainment. Except some hard drugs, gambling is the most dangerous addiction that can quickly ruin your life.
i will say alcoholism is pretty up there regarding danger

but anyway it’s really hard to say if you are an easily addictive person since some might already be addicted to other things like alcohol and smoking which doesn’t make them very logical anymore

Musk decided that this is not what he voted for, nor what he supported and is now clearly playing with the idea of creating a rival party.
this will be interesting but i think he is going to be humbled pretty hard politics is a different game and he might be a rich successful businessman with a very strong influence on the internet but politicians are not born overnight. you need the right connections, right followers, right platforms and etc if you have to be cunning you have to be

Re: Participation in sports predicts
by
btc78
on 04/07/2025, 04:25:41 UTC
There are times where I make predictions even without having to placing a bet on the predictions, and most often this predictions turns out exactly the way I predicted it meanwhile when I place a bet on it, it goes the other way round. So my experience with that kind of predictions has always turned out wins which justifies my choice, I don't usually take down analytics of the match,  I would like to join a very genuine community if I see one  where we can share ideas and make predictions that we all get to benefit from it and make profit and more win.

It can happen the other way round because we dont know when we will be lucky. In most cases I make predictions and bet on them I end up winning while sometime I end up losing. One advice I can give you is to be careful of any community you want to join. Most predictions they make are not better than the ones you make. Sometimes, try you predictions and compare the odds of you winning. Personally, I wont bother joining any community aside from friends group where I am allowed to share ideas.
if i do not want to actually bet i just do fantasy sports where it kind of allows you to predict the results of the events without the traditional formats and of course the money associated with it

it is fun to basically mix and match the players in a fantasy sport while at the same time having to monitor how they are actually performing in real life

Re: Beware of fake casino app infections on social media.
by

on 04/07/2025, 03:47:28 UTC
Deep fake videos are now used by a lot of scammers, it's easy for me to know if this is true or false, all I have to do is go to Mr beasts page on this social media pages and check if he's really advertising a casino. If he's really doing an advert for a casino then the videos would be on his page. These fake apps are now becoming something else, people need to be careful about what they download on play store
unfortunately people have become too lazy and vulnerable nowadays

so many people believe news delivered by other people and not by direct source and we know that due to social media these fake news spread like wildfire and once many people have gotten a hold of the news it is hard to stop it because others will share it as well and the cycle continues

Re: Humanoid robot soccer league

Haha gave me a laugh seeing the robots wobble and topple over like toddlers but it's kind of mind-blowing to think this is just the beginning. Seems like we’re slowly building toward a whole league of robot sports. I might throw in a cheeky bet for fun especially if they start giving the robots names and personalities! I can see this becoming a serious thing down the line especially with China pushing hard in AI. Just hope we don’t end up with a Robo Messi that never misses!
a robo messi is not that impossible because robots can be programmed in a way that maximizes productivity

is it possible that the robots can be made into a way that there is still some errors so they are so not unstoppable? i guess this would turn into a bet of who are the best programmers and can make the best robots

Re: Bitcoin end scenario

Newbie to bitcoin here.
I started stacking in March once I determined bitcoin was no longer a risk, it was a sure thing.
your first mistake might be treating bitcoin like a sure thing

there are still risks and bitcoin is still volatile but it all depends on how you go about your investment and that is what makes a difference on the profit you will make
Quote
Bitcoin dominates --> Regular John sees writing on the wall as fiat currency crashes --> Bitcoin is too scare and pricey to get any amount equal to the dollars they've saved --> large companies, governments, and early adopters become hyper wealthy --> major wealth gap and misery for most of the world except us --> sad state
you do not need to equate the amount of fiat you have or have had just keep trying to invest through dca or whatever strategy fits you

Re: 45K in debt due to Gambling on Betpanda
by
btc78
on 01/07/2025, 07:21:33 UTC
OP, I hope you're determined to turn into a new leaf. Once and for all, just quit gambling. Your addiction has reached certain levels that's not only damaging to you but also to other people and your relationships with them.

But you whining won't help you. Improvement doesn't happen if you don't even have the courage to take responsibility. You're passing the blame on others. Stop it. Don't run away from responsibilities. Be a man! Face it!

Betpanda is a casino and a betting site. What do you expect from it, to tell people like you not to gamble because it might destroy lives?
honestly it seems like op could be asking for a refund but only to gamble again

you are looking for other people to blame because you can't take responsibility for your own actions yes in a way the casinos are responsible for the gamblers but at the same time we really can't completely expect for the casino to cure us of our addiction we also should help ourselves to get out of that hole

gatchalian, hinihikayat na paghigpitan ang laban sa mga illegal gaming websites
by
btc78
on 01/07/2025, 07:01:18 UTC
