The request was updated with collateral. The value is well over 120% of the loan amount, but I do not want to sell the sneakers at this time, just borrow against them.

You have the original pairs or just a very good fake ones? If you have the originals from any collectors pair, then post your pics.
Don't forget to have on the pics your name here, the date and of course from where exactly to you ship from.

Just find local pawn shop, and try get loan there, here no one can't help you( just think how much it would cost to send such quantities of sneakers to another country, in addition to paying taxes)
It would be 1 to 3 pairs as collateral. They are limited collector models. I have shipped sneakers internationally before and they range from $20-30/pair for postage.
