I have done most of the physical work, according to the guide. 192.168.1.254 is the Private LAN IP Address on my router. My router will not allow me to change it: Access Error: Forbidden, Invalid Private DHCP range, the Modem's IP address is included in the Private DHCP range. Thanks for replying.
