i've an account with Poloniex as it was easy to get started with it. But i have had technical issues with this exchange and i am planning to expand usage to other exchanges. Can someone recommend few exchanges that meets following criteria ?

- possibility to transfer usd to initiate trading.
- best customer support
- widest range of coins supported
- lowest transaction fees
- user friendly web interface.
- security (should not have had any hacking in the recent years)..

In general i understand that hardware wallets are the most secure way of storing coins. I am planning to buy one. I would like to know your experience in using hardware wallet like Ledger nano, Trezor or any other in terms of

- security
- pricing
- range of coins supported
- source to buy the wallet (ebay/amazon or anyother)

i am not uploading any statistics.. just exporting the trade history as an excel sheet and comparing. Some trade transitions were missing. Also total count of some alts were not correct either.

I had compared my current tradehistory export against the last year's trade history. I see discrepancies like missing trade, balance mismatch etc.
Unfortunately the Poloniex is not replying to my queries for an Audit.

Did anyone else experience similar issue at Poloniex ?
