Microwallet is actually the best option I can suggest. bitChest dropped out and don't pay out any money..., Mondero have 2 faucets that works, but 3 listed!:-), coinbox.me do not have referral options.
bitcoin-cloud.eu is still going very well but for sure microwallet is best with the most options.

Looks like wrong info in the config-file compared to the database user settings.

Have you created a db user/pasword and db with your hosting service?

Thats the info you need to add to the config-file. localhost is fine if you have a cPanel service, if not, probably yo also need some other DB host address for the config file.

Open the config.php in a text editor and replace/save the info.

If you have big, trustful investors pushing cash into the system, would those businesses like to be associated with illegal, fraudish, activity, which they are supporting, as a 3-rd party by investing money into the system?

I notice that at least 3 of the advertisers in my a-ads slot can be found in the badbitcoin blacklist. And today I had to go out with a member announcement bcs 2xbitco.in placed an ad on my site from adbit.co.

a-ads.com have some ad verification system, but those things are not checked? adbit.co do not have that verification system, but in general, you dont think it is a bit like shooting yourself in the feet considering the bad outcome from it for all involved except for the fraud sites? anonymity for the parts involved is fine, but why approve known fraud sites?

The .flights are all premium with reg/renewal fees that varies between $100-500/year (except for some single one of them. I think it is atlanticcity.flights thats down to $40 per year).
