考虑到当前面临的严峻形势，我们是不是可以开发一款类似智能币的跨国界的可编程智能合约代币系统，再以此为基础开发一个P2P国际贸易系统平台，并用这一系统的代币来取代各个成员国各自的菲亚特，依此来大大降低成员国之间的贸易成本，实现无摩擦贸易。

nah, as long  there is a market for MOZZ, we don't have to worry,  we can use MLS to exchange some MOZZ.
At least hand out a little amount for free shares, 5%? it's a useful promotion way for a new coin!
If they do that, thoses shares will mostly be sold, i don't think it's worth it to do it(for them).
