Re: PhoenixMiner 5.3b: fastest Ethereum/Ethash miner with lowest devfee (Win/Linux)
After a few hours mining my second GPU stops mining and I see 0.000 MH/s with the statement "wdog GPU2 not responding" and "wdog Thread(s) not responding. Restarting."
But nothing happens.
I am not sure how to resolve this issue so I am looking for ideas here.
Below are the details of my set up.
RX 580 Saphire Nitro - stock bios
Driver: Adrenalin 2020 20.9.1
Miner: Phoenix 5.3b
cclock: 1170
mclock: 2170
cvddc: 850

Driver: Adrenalin 2020 20.9.1 = ok
Miner: Phoenix 5.3b = ok
cclock: 1170 = 1150
mclock: 2170 = 2100

If bitcoin died do you think people will lose intrest in other cryptos aswell? which altcoin would you invest in if there were no bitcoin?
I think so they will lose their hope on their other cryptos as well if the bitcoin failed because bitcoin is considered as the king of crypto so people are investing on cryptos due to bitcoins growth over the years,they think some coin will also givr us the same profit in future so only they are investing on other cryotocurrency.If bitcoin died do you think people will lose intrest in other cryptos aswell? which altcoin would you invest in if there were no bitcoin?

Im a HODLER. Plain and simple. I have some experience day trading bitcoin, and I made a little bit of money over the course of a month by being disciplined.
I will always be a HODLER...but as an experiment, I may consider offsetting my invested principal, with some well timed and disciplined trades.
My question: can anyone recommend a few altcoins with some volatility that tend to stay in a range. I know these days everything seems to be shooting straight up.
Again. My goal isnt to get rich. Im doing that through Hodling. My goal is to have fun and to attempt to reduce my outstanding principal.
Any advice would help. I am not strong at this.

Cryotocurrency trading is totally unpredictable because the price of crypto is unpredictable so we can't say which coin price volatility will stay under certain limit.maybe you can try with popular coins like Ethereum, LTC,XRP and much more coins so you just pick one of them and try it.You said earning is not your goal they you may do what you want.
Everything is possible in crypto currency but no one knows when it will reach that value.I think ethereum will reach $2.5k by end of 2018.Ethereum price growth is slow because of its unlimited amount so we can't compare it with other cryotocurrency price change they are limited amount.

I opened a ticket in Cryptopia about the maintenance in the SIGT wallet and they said that they don't have an ETA 'as the investigation is still underway'. So kinda of 'We see that it is offline but we have nothing to say to you about the problem itself'. Or 'Who cares, just wait'. Or 'Even that the Market Page doesn't say that there is a problem, there is, but we don't care anyway'. Or 'You shouldn't wait on this, because I have no clue about what really is going on'.
No ETA is like 'Ok, I'm lost here... so give me an unspecified amount of time and then maybe I can figure out'.

As far as Sanctuaries, you will be able to run one on a cheap linux VPS, but it must be dedicated IP and on a dedicated VPS node, and with a certain biblepay stake amount (not determined yet) sent to an escrow address, we will need to see what our average trade price is for 90 days and then determine these things.

Reporting fans not adjusting with -tt (reboot set on -tstop) when updating from v6.2 to v7.2 ubuntu. 5x Asus R9 390 Strix 8GB on risers with Asrock BTC Pro.
Great job on -lidag option, although it doesnt really help me personally, my machine frequently reboots when miner suddenly stops (if too overclocked) , ie. with devfee.

Humm. I'm not sure why I'm showing you this, maybe because I have something to brag and I like bragging.
I made some small optimizations on the Wolf's neoscrypt kernel. Now it does 430khs on 280x, 450khs on r9 290, and 260khs on r9 270.
I'm thinking what I should do with this. There's no point to release this to public as this would just make net hashrate rocket and everyone would still get the same profit.
you should keep this config for yourself. If sharing, the net hash rate increases so high.
