Hi! If I want to store my coins in the HunterCore Wallet but don't intend to play the game, is it recommended to only download the HunterCore Wallet from the first post? Or would it be safer to get the All in One pack as suggested?
dont think it is safer in any way... either will do.

That is a brilliant idea. If one tenth or hundredth of the mining reward went to letting a brand new person play for free, and if there were a way to make sure no robots etc took those coins, it would be a massive draw.
there is a "game_fund". afaik, it holds a lot of coins. its supposed to be used for something in-game, but i dont really know how it will get used, or how it will get decided how it will get used. it would be great to use this fund to make the game more random and give back some coins to players on the board. is it possible?

even if I recovered what i lost shorting XRP (plus a little).
Despite you "know"/feel it's a pump, you don't know how long/far that pump goes... i timed wrongly and was too confident during night, to end having a nice surprise next morning

yes volume was high!
even if seems to follow the same pattern you see with other low marketcap coins: accumulate, then pump on FOMO buying self positions, and distribute at peeks
and often you see that pattern repeated 2 or 3 times in a week, this is why i wouldn't be surprised to see a dump post snapshot and then a pump after the next accumulation phase
all my coins are off exchange for the snapshot, so i have not been trading. but i'm doing fine with huc over the past year of providing a floor for the market at ~500 sat.
trading aint easy so i'm glad you've scooped some. withdraw it. hold the btc safe.
i dont know why snail is so mysterious, but thats his way. maximum speculation. dont invest more than you're willing to lose - money, time and energy.

how is 5% calculated? since there are 16.8 million HUC at block 1680000, is it that 5% of 336 million CHI = 16.8 million HUC ?

Is there a pruned chain wallet that will work for older users? I haven't played in 2 years but still have all my coins, I just can't get the old wallet to sync.
No. if you have an old wallet that was created pre-pruned chain, you will have to sync from scratch.

it sounds like you will need the private key, which implies you must have them in your private wallet.

Hi Buck.
It was for the old chain and as we wanted everyone to move over to the more stable and better performing huntercore we let the vps expire.
Best bet is to download huntercore and sync from scratch. Shouldn't take too long.. maybe 24 hours on a good machine..
Otherwise I'll try to upload the none pruned huntercore chain for you tonight if you need.
im ok snail - i have a full chain syncd scratch that i needed for my old wallet. just thought it might still be useful for others.
and good luck with chimera. i still dont quite understand what it means for huntercoin? all HUCs are migrating to CHI?

I mined this on launch and have never spent any coins.
I just syced up the latest wallet and put my walled.dat in the app data folder and its showing 0 coins and 0 transactions?

if you ran the version with pruned the chain then it wont work for your old wallet. i had the same problem.
i had to get the other version without the pruned chain (check OP), then i sync'd from scratch (took a few days), then replaced with old wallet, it rescanned and all was good.
