I'm tossing out this idea, should there be done background checks of important people in the bitcoin community ? Now that so much important bitcoin persons reside in the US, would it not be smart to have a dossier on each person ? In my opinion we've had enough instances of fraud, scams and whatnot.
If one person could have any negative effect than bitcoins wouldn't be nearly as cool as they are

During a recent pondering of bitcoins impact and future, which I expect is not an infrequent occurrence amoung any of us here, my brain went on bit of a tangent I thought I'd share. I need posts
To strike at bitcoins the emperor will have to show his hand, revealing he has no clothes. The invisible hand of the market, freed of it's shackles by decentralized currency will strike right back at the exposed emperor's naked flesh.
