I received my PMP swaps now after resolving some sync issues with my wallet. I'm mining (CPU only) from a couple machines and getting empty blocks as well. We are indeed off and running!
In case more than one person claims the same tx id, a message signed with the origin address would solve it.
Of course, sending from an exchange wouldn't make that possible. So sending from the wallet would be better.
Yea seconding this, send it from the exchange to your wallet then from the wallet to the burn address. Better safe than sorry.

Might be worth mentioning that this appears to be a manual process and I suspect there is a reasonable time delay between sending the PMC and seeing it show up on the excel spreadsheet and getting PMP in return.
I'd like to apologize to the community for taking so long. The dev and I kind of dropped the ball so I had to pay for a VPS to host the seed node. It's all right because now I'm in the process of installing a multipool on that VPS so we it can have that at launch. Hopefully some of our more technical members can help me run it.
I'm going to be posting the SWAP ANN today. Just let finish some gfx for it.
New wallet is here (sans GUI upgrade): https://mega.co.nz/#!fZhxlKzY!65uKlBQDSjixt_W5hsR5r9q0yLhE2yO4e3zL0i-hhqM .conf file is included, make sure to place it in your roaming/PreminePlus folder
Again my apologies, its been a stressful week.
Hoooray!! Looking forward to progress! Thanks for all your hard work!
I'm just doubting between #3 and a minimalist one.
Well, due to the support for #3, I went with that one. There is the question of tx fees which will need to be addressed at a later date. Right now they are optional (0 by default) as there is no benefit in making them mandatory at this time other than to fight inflation. The rate of inflation is low and temporary so it doesn't really matter.
Right now I'm working with the developer and concentrating on getting our wallet looking good so as to be more appealing for newcomers. New blockchain is up and lonely. All that's left to do is put up the swap ANN and start the process. I'll get around to writing it soon (this weekend if nothing major comes up). Then we can start the week off with our PMC swap.
Are there any nodes we can add to the wallet (PMP)?
Looks like we have six votes for 3 and two votes for nothing.
If you want minimalistic, look at the wallet as it is now. It looks exactly like the bitcoin qt 4 wallet. Is that reeaaallly what you want? to look like every other wallet out there? At least we are setting ourselves apart.
We could go with a flat black background, but obviously that is less appealing to the eyeballs, and shows no class. I'll put some more time into the wallet design later today.
I don't mind the look of the wallet as is, it's generally not something I sit and stare at as a thing of beauty, rather a place to get information about my coin. But I'm a rather pragmatic individual so YMMV. Now if we can do something like:
I'd be totally on-board and donating btc. As it is I doubt we have the cash to make that happen.
All though that wallet has more "features" it is graphically uncoordinated and not consistent. Most likely we can outdo that wallet by utilizing our bounty funds in an efficient manner. For example we can put up a bounty for someone to add the block explorer to the wallet, and another bounty to add QRcode support. The code is all there for us, it just needs to be added to our wallet. None of these developers are recreating the wheel here.
Duly chastised...
I shall sit in the corner and eagerly await the ANN threads.
Not that I don't wanna contribute to bounties and whatever else I can do to help...I do!

I do believe that both names have good arguments. Its a fun debate that I hope isn't holding our release up. ☺. I'm for whatever keeps us moving forward.
I liked PMC+ and I like PMC2, I don't think changing the core name is a good idea. Think about it like this, there is Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero...etc but always Coke. Branding is important. I mean who wants to drink a rum and Flop??
Personally I like the mobile logo (phi). Simple and it scales well. But I don't want a logo dilemma to hold up progress. Slap something on it and get it to the dev.
