Re: Merits for posters not making redundant quotes.
by

on 04/11/2018, 11:47:06 UTC
I believe that people receiving merits should have actually made a comment that is not redundant as compared to some of the other participants and it should have been original that is within the topic. Redundant post could either be just people reading the previous comments and just pick up the most common lines and rephrasing some of the topic contents.

However, just believe you can do it and everything will be just fine. Continue to make very useful information so that others could also get benefited from the topic discussion.

Re: How NEWBIES are treated

I understand the sentiment of the OP with regards to newbies treated in the forum where I believe that everybody is entitled to their opinion. In the event that the situation is something that could offend in some way to the other, what is more important is that just continue to do the right thing and improve your posts and accept open minded on the comment from the other members. Just treat it as a constructive criticism even how harsh it is and try to improve further so that you could reach the goal you are aiming for.

I believe that the administrator of this forum may able to penalized those who are abusive in relation to merit credit to shit posters. Most likely, the admin may do some sort of sanction on the matter which I believe, gaining merit should be given to someone who deserves to acquire it. Newbies should continue to improve and enhance their post to become more impressive and informative to the readers.

Re: [TOP-200] Members who support newbies - Thanks!

I think that was a good decision for some high ranking member to show compassion to those who really deserve to acquire even for 1 merit. Though, the rules are rules and we need to follow it as this has it's purpose that could change and improve the forum to be more free from spammers. I believe that by continuing the effort in contributing good informative post could harvest a merit reward unexpectedly. Just keep in doing what you believe in, for there will be time for you to be rewarded with your hardwork.

Re: Will the Quality Post Really Get Merit?
by

Though, I don't really have the full authority to speak as I am still a newbie but all I can say is you need to have a quality post where you could share constructive post that the reader may be able to understand and learn something from your comments. As a participant of this forum, you may need to express your own thoughts base on your interpretation and not just copy paste from the other contributors.

Congratulations to you guys who had just rank up as stated by the OP and I think that due to the merit system, it had made the participants to further improve and enhance their post comments. I believe that newbies should not stop believing and just continue to work hard to be able to acquire the desired merit.

Re: Is it okay to go on as a member without caring so much about merits?

I agree with OP's comments and in my opinion, for jr.members that become a newbie really is after with the merit system since they are into signature bounty campaign where the rank minimum requirement is a jr.member to be able to participate. However, for those participants that are not really engage in bounties do not really care for merits after all, they just want to make a contribution through posting comments in this forum for the crypto community.

Re: The bitcointalk academy awards - best shit-poster fables to obtain merit

In the current situation where there are many jr members and back to newbie including myself is totally not bad at all since in my understanding, the admin and staff really wanted the participants in this forum to at least make deserving and meaningful post that could upgrade into the next level. I consider it as a challenge to become an effective participant and contributor in this prestigious forum.

Re: Flaws In The Merit System.

I would agree that there are flaws in the merit system and I think that even if the postings were kind a short and not very detailed, merit has been given to the high ranking member. However, for those low ranking members and newbies may have hard time to acquire such merit even if some really deserves to have one, just continue to do the right thing for merit will soon be rewarded to your end, Anyways, I had notice that the new rule is effective where spammers had been minimize and I believe that people should support it since this will benefit the forum and the users.

Yes, I agree with the OP's comments and merit system for now seems to very important most especially for the once jr.member and now  a newbie including myself. For now, we don't have any choice but just have to accept the new rules of the admin in this forum wherein it has a much brighter impact on this forum in minimizing the people spamming the forum. Much better for newbies to continue in creating good postings so that this will be recognize and perhaps be merited someday. Believe in yourself as  you will get the desired merit you wish to have.

I know that earning a merit in the current situation is really hard to acquire and I think that it's not fair to earn merit by paying it just to acquire that single merit. I believe that time will come for me to earn that prestigious merit as I do support the admin's purpose of having this new policy so that this forum can minimize spammers. Merit will come in the right time and day for those who work for it hard. Just continue believing and continue what you do best.

I believe that I would agree with the subject and most likely btc would surpass the $10k mark within the year. Definitely, due to the etf issue, I think this could impact the market value of btc and it will further increase soon.

I believe that  btc is on the road to recovery and you can check it out at coinmarketcap that it is on green zone meaning a positive trend. To reach $14k goal within  the year may be feasible to happen and perhaps if this eft issue would make a positive result,  then I think it could make an impact on it's market price value.

Re: What is the main thing should you know before buy ICO ?
by
bungutko
on 25/08/2018, 09:59:40 UTC
Agree, everyone that is planning to invest in ICO should know all of the information you need to know through research and background check just like doing an investigation. Check the whitepaper, the team members composition and the bounty manager that handles the project that does not a any red trust rating. Check also the bounty allocation if it is a feasible that you think can really made an allocation to every bounty campaigns and some putting very big amount of bounties in which to attract investors and bounty hunters. With this you should be doubtful on that particular ICO since most of that kind seems to be a scam and I had tried that one myself.

Re: How to save money on a long-term period
by
bungutko
on 25/08/2018, 08:58:47 UTC
I think I may agree with your comments on how your money is properly save for a longer period. In my opinion, I think I would rather place in the bank and have it deposited into time deposit at least the interest is much better than the ordinary interest from a savings deposit. Another way that I consider saving money is to invest in lifetime insurance where you are guaranteed of a good return of investment.
