This is the only place where extortionist are being praised by people.Lauda has done shady things in the past why is she still given a good position here? Theymos you should exclude this people or else more and more people will quit at bitcointalk you know the gang here very well,who abuses trust system.I dont know if you are still listening to the users or you are just catching the big fishes all at once like in mind games.

Dont expect too much privilege from theymos you not SPECIAL HERE ,and you are one of those abusing the current trust system please dont pretend of being a nice guy by giving smerits to newbies as far as im here you arent giving a single merit to lower ranks from the past few months and you are just giving it to higher ranks that you know of and what makes your ass turn?

While the trust system is far from perfect, there isn't a significant amount of abuse on any level. Any system gets misused to some extent. As long as the amount of misuse is insignificant, it is acceptable.

Stuff like this is precisely why almost all threads complaining about the trust system are pure bullshit. Theymos said trust should not be given to pure spam,nor merit abuse because there are no such thing as merit abuse..why would he say distribute the merits to those posts which deserves it? there are different perspective with each people,different standards which is why trust system should be taken down or atleast re-arrange DT members.We need to vote or elect each one of them so that these trust abusers wont be in their positions for too long.

If there was regular (eg. weekly) content, this might be a good way of attracting good new users and making existing users feel more engaged in the community.

Possible,when you have a cryptocurrency that can meet the standards of credit cards,which makes it very useful as these cryptocurrencies might fluctuate as the cryptocurrency has high volatile market.Imagine if you have $1k from your wallet and bitcoin fluctuates a lot giving you $10k in an instant isnt that great? however the opposite would be worst.
