I did my first transaction today: 0.1153 BTC at a rate of 920$ CAD. Got 106,08$ when I went to transfer it to my bank account, wasn't able to do 100,08$ Direct Deposit, only 100,07$ because 0.1153*920$ = 106,076
so my cavirtex account still beleive I've 0,01$ CAD
I hope they don't consider this as inactive account in 1year and charge me 50$
They should just round up or down

My 0,006 cents Wink

So I recently got my first 0.1BTC and looking to convert it in $ CAD to my bank account and was looking at CaVirtex.
I already have created my account and filled my bank account information.

Now what?
I need to deposit my 0.1 BTC there? What will be the fees? 1.5% ?
Then I need to perform a Direct Deposit withdraw? 6$ charge right?
What will determine the price my 0.1 BTC value?
Anything else?
How long will it takes?

Best regards,

Where does CGwatcher add an entry to start on Windows start?
I seem to have 2 CGwatcher that tries to start at boot and can't find how to disable the older

How/where can we set this:
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1

into a cgwatcher profile?

Thanks for all the answers received, I've been able to experiment a few things, getting a better hashrate but not necessarly a better WU :/
1 gpu thread seems to gives better result than 2.
TC is 22400 with the bin trick
GPU Core clock at 1070mhz or 1030mhz is pretty much the same

So... I've installed my 280x (ASUS R9280X-DC2T-3GD5) yesterday and having a hard time to get more than 575-600 kh/s with it.

Windows 7
Catalyst 13.12
cgminer 3.7.2 with:
"gpu-threads" : "2",
"intensity" : "13",
"worksize" : "256",
"shaders" : "2048",
"thread-concurrency" : "8192"

GPU core clock is 1070mhz
CPU mem clock is 6400mhz
GPU temp is around 74celcius (fan at 55%)

Increasing Intensity gives me hardware errors

what else can be done?

First of all, put on top of your .bat file (in case you are using a .bat file to launch cgminer of course) the following two lines :

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1

I had the same problem with my rig and it solved it.Now i'm happily hashing at 760/card

what about if I'm using a cgwatcher profile? where should we set this?

I've just installed a 280x (ASUS R9280X-DC2T-3GD5)
Running on Windows 7 with Catalyst 13.12
Using cgminer 3.7.2 with the following options: -I 13 -g 2 -w 256 --thread-concurrency 8192 --shaders 2048
Tried intensity 15 yesterday and had a few HW errors, tried it again today without HW errors but does not increase the hashrate (even tried 20 this morning, computer is mostly unusable and hashrate still around 600)
GPU clock at 1070mhz, GPU memory clock at 6400mhz, temp at 82 celsius
Any idea to increase the hashrate up to 700-800?
