When I click withdraw from that page it defaults to BTC.

BCgame use the same ETH address to accept the Bitcoin deposit on ERC20 and BEP20 network. Therefore, you should have received the deposit on your BCgame account which you have sent by mistake. Have you checked the WBTC coin balance on your account? Search WBTC from the coin filter and see whether it has been added to your account balance or not. I have added your transaction link on your post, and you have indeed deposited 1 BBTC to your BCgame ETH address (which should be your WBTC deposit address too).

I think everything you wrote is correct but it has not been credited and my WBTC balance is 0.

When intending to deposit on betting websites I had the bad habit of starting by clicking deposit, while on the page I would copy the crypto deposit address.
Next I would go to Binance and click withdraw crypto. Since I had the address on clipboard, the first thing I would do is to paste it in.
as a result of this process I would get the warning on Binance on almost every withdrawal and then change the crypto currency afterwards.


so this one time where I forgot to change the crypto, out of habit i ignored that warning and didnt read it. I also did not notice BTC instead of ETH in the authenticator email.

Now I read all the warnings carefully. If I need to send ETH I specificly go under assets and click withdraw directly from ETH so the crypto does not need to be changed.

I plan to move funds to funding, and then only send from spot. I should not have had 1 Full BTC available to send when I wanted to only send a few thousand.


I was distracted and stupid but bc.game should have access to the funds. I'm hoping this can be resolved and they can show how honorable they are and further improve trust with the community

I reached out to them right after it happened.

I'm making this post to get in contact with bc.game staff.

I have tried to contact support by email and live chat but its clear they have been instructed to not forward issues regarding deposits.

I intended to deposit 1 ETH to my bc.game deposit address. When issueing the withdrawal from Binance I mistakenly did it from the wrong page. I was on the BTC withdrawal page instead of ETH. As a result it send Bianance wrapped BTC to the bc.game ETH deposit address.

Please help!
