Your idea is very interesting. But at the moment, the cryptocurrency market is going down and most people are losing interest in crypto. I think this will have a very negative effect on your coin.
Im think this is true to a certain extent. I would say negatively but I also think its easier to cut through the bullshit when coins are dying left and right while Stakenet is making progress in its roadmap and releasing new products and features.
Masternode as a service is a huge service and hopefully the Stakenet Cloud can capture a huge marketplace with this offering. 15c a day is really cheap, you basically can't get cheaper than that even if you host yourself. Eventually this offering will expand into other coins and people will come to know Stakenet through the Cloud services. Then they can understand Stakenet specific technologies and benefits and become part of the community via investing or just using XSN for services.

What are your plans to get initial liquidity on the DEX? Also is there already some sort of fee model what masternode owners could expect to earn?
The initial liquidity will be provided via Masternode Collaterals. The masternodes will be incentized required to create lightning channels with each other and moreover to end user.
How this works is the Masternode collaterals would need to be decreased and must be held in an even number in an address marked as a masternode collateral lightning channel address. Further details are underwraps and will be revealed closer to release date.
There will be a fee model for masternodes. Masternodes will earn masternode rewards in addition to fees. Fees for DEX would come in the form of watch tower services, which is pay per contract/trade. Pay per transaction via lightning for routing and light wallet functionalities. Basically any type of resource intensive work done by masternode network would require fees. These fees will go to the relevant masternodes as fee rewards in addition to the masternode collaterals.
Stakenet is building out its masternode ecosystem, and dApps will soon be built on it.

Lol don't know why I even asked , just look at the source code . nothing wrong with it if they do build something cool on top of it ... Just more shillyness not being 100% up front about it , they could say excited about BTGs upcoming integration of cross chain atomic swaps by Q4 & what it will mean for XSN. The point of the project is to pull the best features available and put them together on one platform including CC . just thinking another team will be able to get to where XNS is at now & rapidly surpass them , with a fair distribution & transparency .
The only thing they need to do is get the DEX together and add a bunch of coins to their staking service , oh and make the service TPOS . or are we actually waiting for another project based on old BTC chain to make that happen ? Wouldn't feel comfortable keeping a bunch of diff POS coins on any platform they release at this point . but that's just me
Stakenet has nothing to do with BTG. To even bring that up is a sign that this post could be a troll. Second, we do pull many features from bitcoin as we are trying to integrate with BTC via lightning network. It is a work in progress and many cryptocurrencies are doing this in order to be integrated in the greater crypto ecosystem. We do have our own innovations and vision with regard to lightning but we will be building from btc lightning clients and integrating it with XSN.

Really interested in this. Not sure why they haven't create a cryptocurrency like IOTA or Bytaball has based on DAG. Maybe swirlds isn't interested or is Hashgraph just not suited?
