This team is trying to take on an arduous task. 20 engineers and some serious talent, may have to dive deeper into this one.

yeah when you look at these other icos the teams dont even compare. top 1% no doubt.

whats the cap per whitelist person

I think the maximum cap for each whitelisted person in the crowdsale is USD 50,000 (but I could be wrong).

where did you hear that number?

If you are in the US, use a trusted exchange like Coinbase (GDAX) or Gemini. It's just so easy.

NEWBIE HERE!!

Looking for some help with making first-time btc buys using PayPal/cc. I'm not sure where to buy from and the whole process seems pretty complex and overbearing, is Coinbase a good place to start? if not, can somebody please point me in the right direction? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Seriously, thank you.
P.S. Apologies for the high level of a novice in these questions.

Thanks again to anybody willing to help!

Coinbase, Gemini, GDAX, Bitfinex. Coinbase is the easiest though by far.

Re: Uni Student wanting to start investing for the long term

I'm 19 years old and want to start investing for the future. I have no interest in making short term gains. I'm looking to keep these investments for a few years. Where do I start off? I cant put that much into it at the moment, maybe $50 or less a week.

Having a consistent amount that you can add every week is the way to go. Start with the biggest name coins. Those will always be your safest bets. Honestly, Bitcoin and Ethereum are the two leaders by far.

Re: China ban

The news has become more and more clear that China will not tolerate exchanges.
This is alarming to the bitcoin community because we have long awaited for official government push back. Really it was just a matter of time.
It would have been better to have a smaller country that is less involved than China push back initially.

China bans BTC every other week and it chugs along just fine. Don't overreact to this.

ICOs, initial coin offerings, are a chance to make huge money investing in new blockchain startups. Do your research and find some!
