Whatever they earned merits will not go anywhere it will be still in those accounts.

As of now, they can do it but if they get caught then new account also will be tagged and their effort will be wasted. So try to earn merits naturally.

OK, I agree that something fishy is going on with these users, and my guess is that Jraf95 is buying merits somewhere other than bitcointalk. I've heard rumors of merits being traded on Telegram, though I've never used that service myself and don't know about this personally. Cherylstar86 definitely sent him merit for what's basically a shitpost, and I don't think any of these shitposters value their sMerits that low.
They all know how valuable merits are and aren't going to give even 1 merit to a total stranger for a shitpost. They're either going to send merits to alts, friends, relatives, or to a buyer. I have no doubt on this one.
Yup, I don't know how they all connected each other, but they all deserve RED FLAG.

I tagged them all, because it's obvious to be the merit system is being abused in this case, and these users are a fantastic example of the kinds of members (they're all probably one person anyway) who should never rank up.

I'm pretty sure he was participating in one of Lutpin's campaigns with both of his accounts, but I checked and T&C of said campaign (can't recall which one was it) and there was nothing there about alt accounts. If advertiser and manager are OK with that - then it's their problem.
