Gate.io will take the old etc20 btm and swap it to the new mainnet btm, or u can deposit new btm directly there also.  I believe okex and a couple of other exchanges also, but can't remember off hand.  Check previous posts as bytom official has made announcements on exchanges that accept the token swap.

Can someone please explain the process to swap etc20 btm to mainnet btm.  Do we have to swap with one of the exchanges like gate.io that are accepting the swap, before we can send to bytom mainnet wallet.  Or can we send erc20 btm directly to bytom mainnet wallet and get swapped there?  I can not find an explanation anywhere on how or when to do this?

by now ，gate.io and okex support btm swap.You cant send your btm to main net wallet directly and it will fail.Bibox and moreexchanges and wallets will support BTM swap ，too.follow our official announcements on twitter and getinformations  @bytom_official

Thank you for your reply.  But in the future Will Bytom support the erc20 btm directly to mainet wallet and swap?  I don't want to have to sens to an exchange first to swap, then to mainnet wallet if i do not have to.  Is there a dealine to swap erc20 btm to mainnet btm?  Thank you.  I follow all your announcements but it is not clear if mainet wallet will in the future support the swap directly.
