Are you serious? This is funniest that I heard from you guys yet. You INVENTED a refund system where people would see no hope getting a fair settlement and sell in desperation to recover at least something. Your tactics encourage this, we all just want fair refund and we want it now. Nobody in their right mind wants to buy something and wait forever to possibly make profit. We are talking of crypto here, not share or bonds.

OK, well my ticket went without answer for 6 months. I was then told by the support to open a new ticket, which I did. Guess what they answered: 'You have opened multiple tickets on the same issue, which is against our policies.' I then copied them the previous reply advising me to do so and been waiting for a new answer for 6 weeks 
I've never had major problems with support,they answer me max 1 day.

We set our buy order at XVG market price which is 0.00000548 BTC at the moment. But of course orders are executed from lowest selling price to highest. Anyway we spend our 50% of weekly BTC earning on those orders.
AND you just send the coins back into the game, instead of BURNING them, so the price will never go up! Complete SCAM!

C-CEX you should open registrations for new users so better income and probably we will get refunded in decent time... Verge will raise so much in 2018.

We found an agreement with C-cex, it looks like they have a lot to do, can't trust new employees with such amounts of money but are willing to refund us but it takes time yes..

This is not an acceptable solution. Just look at the price. You did this intentionally so the people would not get full refund as some are desperate for at least something. Not me, I want ALL my earnings. Do you really expect us to wait for a whole year before you get to my tokens? Most people didn't even get your stupid tokens yet!

Due to technical issues C-CEX can be unavailable for day or two. We are working to fix it.
As for XVG - we had to spend a lot of time to fix this issue - but it turned to be impossible. We lost XVG wallet and it's backup due to technical issues. We will announce XVG refund program later.
Right...so an exchange looses the private keys to a wallet? Com'on we are not that stupid...so in other words you run off with the XVG when it went ATH and made millions. I'm not holding my breath for your fantastic refund program...As for XVG - we had to spend a lot of time to fix this issue - but it turned to be impossible.
