But in NXT AE, transaction records the price of PTS is only 0.5NXT per share, much lower than IPO

Nxt_gateway are delayed. We need more time to recalculate the lottery prize & blockdice house edge & include chinese language with WinNAS_0.2.3. 
I noticed in recent days, some accounts, that balance is not No.1 or No.2, generation of a continuous several blocks.NAS-D4KT-J843-8QRL-8AXJT, is one of them.
Is that normal?

Can someone explain the distribution of NAS? If there are 10 billion coins, and only 10 million were distributed to BTT users, who owns the rest of the coins?
I don't know who was the first stakeholders, just remember there was few.But the good thing is that NAScoin was extra cheap for a long time (and is still now), people bought and sold billions of them. For example on dgex.com:
Total Volume: 2947869839.00 NAS (almost 3 billion)
I didn't find statistics on poloniex, but there it has been also actively traded for several months.
So I believe a good redistribution has happened and the first stakeholders don't matter much any more.
We will soon be on bter, I believe
