No one can put a requirement for altcoins but if the community does its job correct, eventualy shitcoins will stop. If you see any premine even like 0.01% dont mine it, if no one mines any of this releases than eventualy the shitcoin releasers will stop making them because they will know there is no point to do it.
For myself, i realy get tired of seing shitcoins everyday with premines, if the developers needs money, i am pretty sure that if (s)he does a good job he will receive a plenty good donations but saying "premined for development" is totaly scamm and just shit, they are here to become rich without doing any thing as releasing a coin is pretty easy which a few programing knowladge. If you release a coin, donations are the way to go, if you premine, i hope the community does its job and this shitcoins dies.

as of "copy paste devs" - well time will show, it is our first and only coin,so it does take time to debug stuff
Two forks in 24 hours, everyone stucked right now and there is still no fix. So, i thank you for your honesty by accepting that you are a copy/paste developer. I am sorry but this is the reality for you, i dont want to insult anyone but the community is now get sick of this copy/shit coins. Releasing a coin is absolutely easy, take the source, modify a few things and release, thats all. But you all doing this, and premining it and you do not accept that you are here to dump your premines which is also the biggest reality. We are seing right now that you or your team absolutely has no idea what is fork and how to get it fixed. You were miners and some dreams came to your mind and you decided to release coin which is a shit coin in my opinion as seen in the last 24 hours. If you dont know what you do or if you dont know what will you do when it faces a problem, you shouldnt do this.
But i know its not your fault, its the communities fault as the community keeps mining this premined copy/paste coins. Every week there is ten of hundreds coin releases. If this community stops mining this coin, i know, finaly this shit coin releases will stop and we will see real coins that has future.

51% attack is know and sure there is workaround to avoid it .... but until now this is not stable ... if pool are the main issue ... why not during launch keeping pool away ? Or just keeping one online during that hash power of this pool is high enough to avoid this kind of problem ...

Because they are just doing copy/paste coins, premining and releasing it nothing more, they dont have any clue about it and forcing people to download a blockchain fail instead of fixing it. Yeah release a coin and hope to get rich my premining.
People of this community now realy must stop to mine premined coins, that is the only way to stop this copy/paste coins to be released, otherwise every coin like this we mine will just become a time lose. They are saying premined for development but they even dont know how to handle a fork in time and instead they are just yelling "come back, this is the right chain, heyyy this one this one..."
Coins like this with an unskilled developers (copy/paste developers) must realy stop now.

its your fault. Because your priority was releasing a fix not a damm downloadable blockchain. 1 day passed and you are yelling people to come back to main chain, its the correct one.. You had to release it in the first half hour, you doomed this coin to die by this big mistake
