Re: Is bitcoin used by criminals ?

Bitcoin can be used for good as well as bad purposes. However, it all depends on the person and his perception. We should be careful in selling the bitcoins. We must ensure authenticity of the exchange or person, we are selling it. We should conduct maximum verification to avoid any untoward accident. Similarly, we come across such situation then we should timely inform all concerned authority. We have to ensure that it should be a source of peace, love and prosperity instead of bad activities.

Yes bitcoin work for online shopping but the process is hectic. You will be dependent on the middle person / source like pay pual / amazone or e-bay before you get the item. Therefore, normally is hard to pay with bitcoin.

Re: What to do with the people who don't like Bitcoin?

What would you do when you're talking to someone but then he suddenly talks about his hatred on Bitcoin, what would you react to it?

I've never actually experienced anything like this before, I just want to be prepared when it happened to me.

In the first phase, you need to understand the concept of Bitcoin. Once you have sufficient knowledge about digital currency then it will be easy for you to explain and convince others. Knowledge about bitcoin is very important before you could explain it to others.

Re: Can bitcoin be more profitable in the upcoming years?

So 2017 proved to be the best for the bitcoin till now but still the great Officials of many companies are busy in predicting the greater roadmap of btc in 2018 and so on so will it be possible for bitcoin to go more and more high ?
Bitcoin is called as ditial-gold. The total value of bitcoin currency is growing and considering the past trends, it can be projected that 2018 onward will be quite  profitable. It has a great future. I believe that it is the right time to purchase more bitcoins and save it for future sales.

Re: Bitcoin Learning Video Series
by

on 28/12/2017, 07:47:09 UTC
I am looking for a video series that is for bitcoin learning especially made for young kids.
Kids age from maybe 6-8 up to 15-16, I think this would be a good time to teach them about BlockChain technology, Crypto Currencies and Digital Assets. Bitcoin, Alts  and ICOs.

If it is not already available, would anyone like to contribute to making something like this?

I think its one of the top innovations of the current era and we need to teach our next generation this as quickly as possible so they can actually improve it, enhance it and so on.

You can google it and there are so many good articles about BlockChain Technology, Crypto Currencies and Digital Assets, which will be helpful for all. It will also be a great idea to make some cartoons by IT companies on crypto currencies usage so that children could learn it easily.

Re: What you don't like about Bitcoin?

We have to give a big tribute to Satoshi Nakamoto because of his great gift to mankind and that is the blockchain technology with Bitcoin as its currency. Satoshi was not a self-centered big ass as he let go of the technology and make it open to all who wanted to see and use it for any purpose even to rival the very platform he established.

However, just like anything made by man, there is no absolute perfection here either by design or in the implementation process. Human nature can set in anytime which can wreck havoc on something which seems to be almost perfect. This is happening right now. There are some things we don't admire with the way things are with Bitcoin at its current form.

Please share the things connected with Bitcoin that you don't like...
Indeed, it is a great gift to mankind. However, following issues are still confronted by people across the globe:
a. High transaction fees
b. No proper legislation for regulation/ acceptance all over the world

Re: How Bitcoin is better than other coins?

It has slow transactions and the fees are high, and it is the cryptocurrency frontier.

What do you think will realistically will take Bitcoins nr1 spot in the future? Bitcoin Cash maybe?  Huh

Bitcoin is the trend setter as they are the pioneers. It is gaining value day by day. The transaction fees can be higher in some places but it will vary. This digital currency transactions are never slow as it can be easily transferred in split of seconds.

I know a lot of people have different reason why the love and embrace bitcoin.
For me the decentralized nature of bitcoin and the thought of being able to send coins to anybody in any part of the word, no third party, no regulation(specific amount), no bullshit is mind blowing.

I use Bitcoin because it is gaining value. It is safe and secure. It can be easily transferred to any part of the world. It is simple to use.

Re: How long bitcoin will survive ?
by

on 27/12/2017, 08:48:40 UTC
Have you guys ever think to how long is bitcoin will survive in this world ? Well, I mean is there anything that can make bitcoin bankrupt or low price, then possibly will make bitcoiners doesn't want to invest anymore. And also is there any solution to avoid those thing. Just wonder to know.

Bitcoin will be there till existence of human beings. However, there can be minor changes or you can say improvements in usage, and selling & buying in the future. People are trusting in it if we see the historical positive trends /records. Its not going to be bankrupted as it is digital currency. I hope that people will start more investment in bitcoin in the days to come as it is obviously profitable.

Re: Can any government ban Bitcoin?
by

on 27/12/2017, 08:15:48 UTC
Bitcoin is not owned or controlled by any government or corporation. Bitcoin network is peer to peer and fully decentralized.  t
It cannot be controlled directly by the governments, therefore, it cannot be banned. However, they can impose certain restrictions on its usage. They can discourage users from using or joining the BTC. Similarly, if there is a strong regulator in any country then it can be banned accordingly. On general note, it cannot be banned.

We should not be worried about the statement of Warren Buffet as the reality of bitcoin is totally different. It is growing and capturing market. I am very optimistic that one day, Bitcoin will rule the market. I wont mind if people say different things about Bitcoin. People believe what they see and reality is that Bitcoin growing day by day.

Re: Can bitcoins continue to hold?
by
canadian1980
on 27/12/2017, 04:46:51 UTC
A has 100 thousand deposits, all invested in bitcoin, A's rich two generation has 10 million deposits, and 100 thousand bought bitcoin.
Bitcoin has risen from $1 to $20, up 20 times. Do you sell it or not? If you continue to go up, you should choose to take it, but if it suddenly falls to $10, do you sell it? They sold 10 times as much as they could, and no one could sell them. Yes, Mr. A sold it, and the assets rose from $100 thousand to 1 million. He was happy.
However, A Jun's two generation of friends has forgotten that he has bought bitcoins, and he doesn't have time to pay attention to this thing, because 100 thousand yuan is not worth considering for him.
Shortly after, bitcoin continued to rise from $20 to $200, up to $1000, and A's knot was 99 million! His two generation friends finally found his own bitcoin assets, which was a big surprise to him. He sold bitcoin and was smart.
As we all know later, bitcoin has been up to 20000 dollars up to now, and the two generation is also missing 1 billion 900 million. If the rich two generation is Wang Sichong, I think he should be able to keep bitcoin for a long time.
In this case, you may think I mean - the poor are getting poorer and the rich are getting richer. On the surface, it seems to be the truth, but the premise of this story is that A Jun, A Jun's two generation friends and Wang Sichong didn't have a deep understanding of bitcoin, nor did they have faith.

Bitcoin can be kept for long for longer period of time as it is growing and its value is increasing with every passing day. No one can steal it from you. Moreover, saving reflects your financial performance. I have no doubt in saying that it can be hold for longer period of times as it will give you more profits.
