iz splitske porezne kazu da do 100 000 kuna isplate(godina dana) nema poreza 
Pozdrav, jel se to odnosi i na ostale banke? I koliko je stara/frika ta informacija? Jer vidim da prije ove godine transakcije do 100k kuna nisu bile oporezive/banka nije bila obavezna obavijestiti poreznu, a dok ove godine porezna ima uvid u sve račune i transakcije. Pa sad... Ja se iskreno nadam da je tako
pozz,splitska porezna uprava ne splitska banka xD, znaci trebalo bi vrijediti za sve banke isto,medutim kao sto je kolega sa foruma rekao svaki sluzbenik tumaci zakon na svoj nacin pa nista nije sigurno
Bilo bi lijepo da je zbilja tako, ali mene brine npr. moja situacija, gledano s pravne strane barem po mojem miljenju bi trebao bez problema moći isplatiti i bez poreza.
Znači imam stalan posao=plaćam poreze na plaću, kroz 5-6 mjeseci sam uplatio preko 20k kuna na exchange, to je naravno vidljivo iz izvoda računa. Pa sad ako bi ja iao isplatiti taj iznos koji sam uplatio, po mojem miljenju ja ne bi treba platiti porez. Ili to njih ne zanima?
pa po ovome sto mi je iz splitske porezne reklo nebi trebalo predstavljat nikakav problem,sad posto smo mi drzava takva kakva jesmo uvijek se moze desit da nastane problem ili neko novo pravilo xD

Sve to ti misli da zna ili razumije, potpuno je nevano i nebitno. U naem sustavu tvoj porezni referent ti je najvanija osoba, s kojom mora razgovarati, objasniti svoju situaciju i s kojim mora pronaći način kako točno i na zakonit način ispuniti poreznu prijavu, ili će dobiti odgovor da neto ne mora prijaviti.
Ok, porezni referent. Tko je ta osoba, kako da dobijem/znam tko je "moj" porezni referent. Plaća li se njega, itd, ili je to samo drugi naziv za slubenike na alteru? I jel to sve isto u poreznoj ili je pak na drugoj lokaciji?

Pogleda na Internetu kojem podrućnom poreznom uredu pripada, po mjestu stanovanja.
Ode lijepo tamo, i na porti objasni to treba.
Porezni referenti su lijepo podijeljeni po nadlenostima, neki su za velike korisnike, neki za male firme, drugi za fizičke osobe, obrtnike, slobodne umjetnike...
Po tome će i tebe dodijeliti određenom poreznom referentu i reći u koju sobu ide.
Poreznog referenta nita ne plača, pa nije on privatnik da nudi svoje usluge na tritu, plaća ga drava iz proračuna.
Kada svom dodijeljenom poreznom referentu objasni po kojoj osnovi ostvaruje prihod, on će ti objasniti sve ostalo to treba znati.
Da i onda od njega trai napismeno (ukoliko kae da ne spada u oporezivo i pod uvjetom da zna to je BTC) potvrdu s kojom si vani. Potvrdu ti naravno neće izdati, nego će ti reći da se mora posavjetovati. Podnesi dokaz o uplati tih 20k na exchange i dokaz o povratu istog iznosa, na taj način i da oporezuju ti si na nuli.
