A little late but, congratulations to the winners of puzzle 69.

with -S parameters bloom filter files are created and used when you re-run the program

BSGS's bloomfilters aren't related to address or specific public keys, Also they are independent of the target range and also is indifferent to compressed or uncompress public keys (both are the same internally)

parameter -l is usless for bsgs.

How many hours it will take to create the bp points for -k 16384?
Measure the time for a smaller k and scale the results for the k of your interest.

With 1 tb ram how much speed per second?

It depends, at least, on your CPU frequency, number of threads running, and, based on my observations, OS.
