Same problem here with "Incapsula incident"
I though Bitfinex was one of the best exchanges, now they're throwing garbage errors at my robot...
I can understand if they're getting DDOsed, but a bot pinging for tickers once a second shouldn't be a problem.

Ok gentlemen, I'm just tweaking a bot using the BTC-e api. But the api documentation is sketchy, anyone know what the "status" parameter means in the ActiveOrders method?

Yes, I agree. NSA and dictator Obama are behind this.
My real point, if it is not clear, is EXTREME EFFORT should be spent in looking at these interfaces between our the cryptographic security (e.g. SHA256) and it's technical implementation.
The "back doors" or "weak points" will be in plain site and easily overlooked. e.g. - The android random number generator.
We patch these weak points or saboteured areas, and we will be good.

The problem is that these backdoors could be hidden in plain sight, and we may never find them.
Why bother with software when you can just stuff hardware backdoors into the cpu.

I'm sorry but I don't se ANY indications of a "bubble" popping here. If anything, I see a technical issue that caused a panic sell-off.
The fact that SO many accounts are coming into the market only means MORE and MORE money to be added to the system.
That means bulls and speculators, but more people will speculate uptrend.

We're in pre-bubble mode. The bubble will have five digits.
This week - above $200
This month - New highs
This Year - BTC >$1000
I use these risers from eBay, very cheap and they do the job.

I had one of those, the soldering was so shit that it shorted out and killed a 5770 and a 5830 of mine!
Hack the redundant end off the the long end, take the blue tape off and check every connector with a magnifying glass. Thats what I do now.
Also, no need to short any wires and put power in afaik, mine work fine

I think LTC will grow up because people love to mine. Even people who just bought ASIC will keep their GPU to mine whatever they could. And LTC is the perfect way to do that. I'm talking about people with small rigs, who mines for fun (and for money too 
), but more for fun.

Exactly. I'm still buying GPUs expecting to mine Litecoin with them once the ASIC aristocracy ruining mining for the common man. Litecoin is what I'll be spending and encouraging soon.
