Yeah, it has been a while since carton said anything, I assume his problem must have been resolved. We all hope of course it doesn't take this long if we ever have a problem but it looks like there was a problem with the support system and not the website itself, these kinds of things happen on online world time to time, even the biggest websites crash sometimes, hell I remember a time couple months ago or so when whatsapp crashed and nobody could talk (same happened with instagram as well, must be facebook servers) so when you are dealing with these kinds of online tech related stuff you gotta just brace for time to time problems.

As long as its not a constant all the time thing we should be fine, bitcoinrush literally has the best odds out of anyone so they are still doing something great.

Yeah, I've always had a positive relationship with them and of course you wouldn't expect them or anyone else to make it a practice of replying customer support issues in a public thread.

delays happen a lot in bitgame , it's one of the reasons I decided to just stop betting there beside the 100$ limit on sports
the best thing is to keep the request up while waiting for them to be active again , as I remember there was a time where I had to wait around a week to get paid there

Knocked myself out of the Survivor Pool last week so bumming around on the site now with BJ and my usual Sports selections.

@casinobitco/admin: I recall a while back requesting that parlays be lowered to 0.5 mBTC if possible, and I think it was (this was during the 2019 high I guess). But I see it's back to being a min of 1 mBTC. Possible to lower it to 0.5? I know it shouldn't be so important but with price, it's still $4 and a bit, and I'm sure more people would like to bet parlays a bit less than $8 =)
