Why the priority in refunds? Someone that lost 2.45 BTC already has 1 BTC refunded (40%) and on the other hand you've got some people like myself that lost more than 10 BTC and only has 0,2BTC refunded (2%).

0.02 received, spreadsheet updated. 0.02 received in 3 months, more than 10BTC owed. This is really bad.

I had 11 BTC invested. My first payment was on 7/3, less than 0.2 BTC.
When can I expect the 2nd payment?

Hey BTC-Arbs, I invested more than 10BTC and I only got one refund of less than 0.2BTC. I was one of the first to contact you with my deposits info on this thread.
I know there's still some people that had not received any refunds yet, but others have received several. My only refund was 2 months ago. I'd like to know when will be my next refund.
Also it would be desirable that you share some info with your investors, like the total BTCs refunded so far, the total owed and how much are you using to trade.

It would be nice to have some sort of expected full refund date.

I've received a pm saying my first partial refund will be next week. Hopefully we will get all our refunds quickly.
Regarding the spreadsheet, we could make a copy of it to be able to unlock it. This isn't ideal because the links in the old msgs would be pointing to the old locked spreadsheet, but I don't see an alternative.

I think this option is the most fair one.

I thank the ones that gathered information to reach Ron/Adam. I was proposing a repayment scheme in which everybody would get something relatively fast. You think you have more priority because you contributed to find this guy. I don't want to argue about this, but like you have your 20/40 days deadline, I'd like at least a priority list or something like that to know approx. when will we get the refunds.
Let's be clear: I don't want to discuss with you, I just want BTC-Arbs to give some more information, and I think everyone wants that.

Let's say you should be refunded first because you were "active". You should be refunded fully before any other large investor sees a penny? That way this guy can pay the ones that know his personal data and then stop paying and get away with the rest of the funds.
What about paying everybody 0,5 BTC, then 1BTC and so on until everyone gets their full investment?
I'm just proposing alternatives because I don't see this ending well without some planning.

The best method for who? For the ones that are receving some payments. Definitely not the best for the last person in the queue. The best for all would be stopping any payments until BTC-Arbs gets to the amount owed. That way is the fastest to get everyone's full investment because he can trade more.
You suggest you should be refunded completely before the next large investor gets hist first partial payment? That's not very fair, is it?

If you look at the spreadsheet, several people have sent him PM and emails before Freejack. Why is he the only one that has more than 3 BTCs and has received a partial payment (3 in fact)? I don't say he shouldn't receive them, but wouldn't it be more fair that everyone receives a single partial payment before he receives the third? If BTC-Arbs is really trading to return the debt, maybe he should not pay any btc until he manages to get all of them. That would be the fastest way, because if he returns some of his trading volume, there will be less profits and the rest will have to wailt more.
At the current rate it will take more than 2 years to give everyone on the spreadsheet back their money. We have a history of lying (ron james?), and he isn't saying how much btcs he has left to trade, nor explaining the order in which he is paying. He isn't even sending an acknoledge that he received the pm / email! And we are expected to wait 2 years before knowing if he agreed with the debt???
I really think btc-arbs should give some predictibility. Maybe just a deadline saying how much will it take for everyone to get their first 0,5 btc, I don't know.

And what about transparency and predictability in your payments? Can you provide that?
That way we (the investors) could be more patient, knowing approximately when will we be receiving our btcs.

It seems that you are prioritizing the ones that complains the most. I have 11.5 BTC, so I think I am a middle / large investor. I've sent an email on may 30th, so I think I should be one of the first to get anything on a first come - first serve basis. I have not received a single installment, nor any PM with a projected payment plan like freejack. Please, clarify when will you be paying back. If you don't do this, the thread will be filled with people like me who see the only way to get some btc if you are a middle or large investor is to keep sending msgs.
I just want some fairness and transparency. If middle/large investors receive installments, give the first to everyone before sending a second installment to some.

My original deposits where 11.5, I've had approximately 0.8BTC in profits and I've withdrawn approximately the same amount after the legacy fund started. I've sent an email a couple of days ago with my deposits info and I've not received anything. I hope we all get at least the initial investment.
