thanks but this is pre-compiled and says v1.9.0 in about mintcoin.

Latest source is on github. When compiled, it says 1.9.0.0 in about window, but that's ok, it's 1.9.1 (If you're not sure, check if it generates stake blocks)

thanks, I'll keep my compiled version then...gotta wait for it to catch up (sync) to be sure it generate stake blocks.

I just noticed that we're on 1.9.1 (haven't been on here much), I'm running 1.9.0 so I downloaded the latest source (https://github.com/mintcoinproject/mintcoin).  Compiled it (linux) and it's version 1.9.0, where can I get the 1.9.1 source?  thanks

Well,it seems my antminers fucked up again on ghash.io even with the latest firmware. I just installed kano's cgminer as per this:

https://github.com/kanoi/cgminer-binaries/tree/master/AntS1

time to see if this helps...if not it's definitely something wrong with ghash.io

it's not ghash, I was having the same problem on eligius.  After upgrading cgminer to 4.3.2a the hijacking has stopped, so far.

just upgraded mine this morning without problems, did you follow the instructions?

Quote
Then run the following commands:
 cd /usr/bin/
 wget http://kano-kun.net/AntS1/cgminer-ants1-4.3.2a-85fcf0c
 chmod +x cgminer-ants1-4.3.2a-85fcf0c

If you haven't done an update like this before (or undid the change):
 mv cgminer cgminer.original
 ln -s cgminer-ants1-4.3.2a-85fcf0c cgminer

If you HAVE done an update like this before and cgminer.original has
already been saved, then:
 rm cgminer
 ln -s cgminer-ants1-4.3.2a-85fcf0c cgminer

Next you need to restart cgminer on your AntS1
You can restart it, when logged into your ant, with the command
 /etc/init.d/cgminer restart

Anyone encountered an odd issue where all units stop hashing after several days (this happened to me before but now it occurred after 6 days of nonstop hashing)? I use 3 pool with ghash.io as the primary and it seems like the units switch over to the secondary and tertiary backup but never go back to the primary. Even if there was a brief issue with the primary pool they should all eventually retry the primary.

This would not be such a big deal but what is happening is that after some time they units stop hashing even on the backup pools - ie I see no increased share count on any of the pools. The hashrate counter looks like it maintains the same average. It's as if it's hashing into thin air.

The fix is to reboot the units, then they go back to hashing as normal.

All my units are running the Dec 26 firmware except one which is running the Fed 04 one, but it is doing the same thing.

I think this is a firmware bug, but I just wanted to hear if anyone else out there is experiencing the same thing.

Having the same issue with ghash.io, not sure about other pools. Antminer's interface is showing regular hashrate, but not the pool ((( The problem appeared recently -- week or so. Anyone having this sort of issue with other pools?

I'm having the same problem, units are hashing away normally but when checking on ghash it shows no work being done.  None of the failovers are showing work being done either, after rebooting the units start showing up on ghash.  I've lost too many days to this...going to try using a different pool as primary, see if ghash is the cause.

compared to other pools the reject rate on wafflepool is usually lower less than 4% on my setup

Reject rate over a short time isn't useful, and overall the pool averages ~3%.  Varies a huge amount though, some 1-5min periods are 0%, some are 20%, the difference is, when you're mining a coin at 20% stale rate, we expect a huge profit from those coins (making the 20% worth it).  This is expected, and accounted for in the switcher.

Pool is down tried US west server as well.

Must be on your end, I'm mining on useast (stratum+tcp://useast.wafflepool.com:3333) and uswest (stratum+tcp://uswest.wafflepool.com:3333) servers right now.

you need better stats, finding out how much you mined the next day doesn't tell you much.  If you do have better stats tracking lmk where, as I couldn't find them when I mined here for brief stint...no stats turned me off.

What sort of stats are you looking for? Also, what type of mining, TomCoin or TomPool?

tompool.org (scrypt), the S1's are still making decent returns mining bitcoin.  I want to see the current coin balances of that day (in bitcoin)...much like you see on the other multipools. You only post ones mining day total the next day, "Please note payouts are updated daily at 15:30 PST so won't include earnings from the current TomCoin day.".

Bitcoins earned (not yet sent): BTC
Bitcoins unconverted (approximate): BTC
Bitcoins expected (earned + unconverted): BTC

what's with the sudden spike in rejects?  Went from practically nothing (0.3-04%) to 30+%...switching to another pool & my miners rejects are back to normal.

mine as well 190.97.165.179 diff 1.02K, using tomato firmware on my router, thinking about adding my pfsense box to the mix.  I'm sure it's not a hack of my router or malware (not used for anything besides updating OS & mining) as my s1's & a rig using crypo slax v0.1 has been unaffected, mining on a different pool.

Also, anyone seeing the issue, any chance you could post which miner you're using, and where you downloaded it from?

had that last night, using sgminer v4.0.0 BAMT 1.3 on two rigs (been running for over a month) ...was mining on the ghash.io ltc promo, still have a rig mining there without change.

That is the coin the is being currently mined. It varies...obviously. I have stats saying. ~0.008/Mh/Day.. im not pullin it out my ass

more like 0.005334254 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=432710.100

0.025604421/72=0.000355617x24=0.008534807/1600=0.000005334x1000=0.005334254

your 0.008534807BTC per day is for 1.6MH/s as per your post and not BTC/Day/MH/s

Is it just me whose stats have flatlined for the last 7h or so? My miner still reports shares being accepted and my Wafflepool stats page indicates 0khs submitted since 1:00AM EST

I have had the exact same thing!!!  What is going on Wafflepool?  My miner was still hard at work but luckily I opened the Wafflepool stats page and noticed that my reported hashrate was 0.00khs for the past 9.5 hrs or so.  I have reported shares according to my miner but not according to Wafflepool.  Has anyone else had this experience?
I have noticed that my accepted shares were at 1024 difficulty instead of 512 as it used to be. Maybe something wrong with the difficulty switching? restarting sgminer "fixed" it for me (also back to 512), but I still have a 8h window with 100% loss right now

I noticed and mentioned that last night, back on page 150 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=433634.msg5834804#msg5834804

noticed my hash rate dropped to zero, mining on both uswest & useast with failovers to both plus other pools.  Checked both machines to see each is saying:

going to try restarting sgminer (BAMT), see if that fixes it...no ideas why or what happened.

edit: stopping & restarting fixed it, for now.

The DLf7 address was a big random block reward abuser before the fork with high volume, now they're mining it a lot less and only very selectively. Not sure who they are..

my guess would be middlecoin

On the Litecoin pool, are these orphan blocks?  Clicking the block link comes up as "block not found", have had a few of those already.  thanks

You have to remember the time difference.

They will ship within 48 hours (2 days from Beijing time). If you ordered it yesterday, most likely your order will be send tomorrow as I am in the same boat... Worst case it will be sent on Saturday buy after so many orders there are yet to fail to ship my order after 48 hours...

Patience you must have my young padawan

Its probably in the mail already. The shipping team is fantastic, but they have to manually mark your order as shipped. By the time you get the tracking number, the package will probably be somewhere over the ocean, or just arriving at your customs

thanks, never ordered from them before but heard/read they ship quickly.
