The !FeexV6bAHb account belongs to me. I was about to produce an output from the address yet decided the trailer park I was at was unsuitable for the first output.

I own the 1FeexV6...F address and bought the 79956 btc from bitstamp

I was at U.A.L.R. and my friend Justin was outside the cafeteria as I walked out. We stopped for a moment and talked. He said I should buy bitcoin and that it was a new digital currency on the internet. I told him I would buy some and went to class.

I bought a Gateway Computer on Feb. 4, 2011 at Best Buy with my Paypal debit card for around $700.  On Monday, Feb. 7, 2011 I opened a www.bitstamp.net account, account number 48994.

I tried to buy bitcoin with my debit cards and needed to use a debit card with 'visa verify' or 'mastercard secure code', an added security feature from the debit card companies.  I did some banking with my Stafford student loan, transferring some money to my UpSideCard Visa debit account through Metabank, the debit card issuer.

I have the Metabank Visa records with me on paper from the Souix Falls, ND office that show the March 1, 2011 Visa buy and were delivered to me in the first 6 months of 2022, at 653 Jackson Rd, Jackson, SC 29803.

On March 1, 2011, I sat down at my Gateway computer and logged into my bitstamp account purchasing 79956 btc through www.bitstamp.net and depositing the btc onto the 1FeexV6...F address.

With a software for microsoft for windows vista that I believe was named Instawallet.  A software I found on a bitcoin software comparison website with 4 total wallets that said the wallet had added security features yet lower compatibilty and was more secure than the others.  Instant Gratification, I always say..

On March 1, 2011 I dropped out of school, for the wrong reasons, I left the apartment and hid a magnetta 4gb Memorex flash drive, I bought at the U.A.L.R. bookstore,in the lower left hand corner door frame as I was leaving the basement apartment.

I pawned the Gateway computer at the pawn shop near the bus station in North Little Rock, Ar.

I took the bus to Houston, Tx.  I went to the University of Houston Library, on June 3, 2011, and bought 17.688 bitcoin from bitstamp and deposited it on a mining website where you could make one initial deposit on an address, with only a user name and password to access the btc.  I used my Paypal mastercard, cchadwicka@aol.com, to buy the btc for $116.xx dollars.

I had the gateway computer delivered to me at 653 Jackson, Rd., in South Carolina and did not attempt to undelete the account wallet.dat or wallet software while the pc was in my posession.

I was mysteriously arrested on June 3, 2011.

I BOUGHT THE 79956 bitcoins from www.bitstamp.net on March 1, 2011 on a computer I bought on February 4, 2011 at best buy wiith my mom.  I used instawallet, a microsoft windows desktop wallet to create the 1FeexV6 address and deposit the funds on the address.  I was attending UALR at nthe time and got a tip from a guy named Justin to buy bitcoin earlier in the month. when my stafford student loan went through i bought the bitcoin from bitstamp on my visa.  I have a photo of my credit card statement showing the purchase on March 1, 2011.  I also bought the 17.688 btc deposited on June 3, 2011.  it is on the same blockchain.com page as the 1FeexV6 address cause they both were transfered from my bitstamp account.  I recently recovered my computer i used to make the wallet.  I just have to undelete the wallet.dat file.  Waiting to get suitable living arrangements to do that.  living somewhere id rather not be right now.  moore. sc  My mom mentioned in her will and to her insurance company that she would like me to open my bitcoin account after she died and any help to do so would be appreciated.  one day a few months after she died in 2022, my gateway appeared in my fifth wheel.  i got into a little skirmish with the south carolina sheriff over the account and my living arrangements have changed.  my stuff is safe in storage for the moment.

I am looking for a bitcoin mining pool that used a username and password only. no other registration information was used.  I still have the user id and password. I registered with the pool on June 3, 2011 after i found it on a search engine.  can anyone help?

Also, is there anyway to cross reference a bitcoin address with the public keys of all the mining pools so you can find out what mining pool the address belongs to?

So, as I said, I am not able to compile a software wallet.  I need a list of wallets available for February 7 to the end of that month.  although mnemonics, like bip 39 were created in 2014, electrum and possibly some other software wallets still created a 12-24 word seed, such as electrum.

I need an electrum software wallet from February 2011.  Please don't post bullshit comments if you don't know what your talking about.  I have 20 years experience with the internet and windows 95-windows 10 and know what i'm talking about, most of the time.

I guess what you all could do to help is, list all the possible wallets in the end of February 2011.

The first withdraw I made to the offline wallet was on March 1, 2011.  I don't even have the account information anymore.  Although I know where the mnemonic is stored, I am having a difficult time accessing that information.  Because the account was flagged for kyc problems.  I hope they give me back my account information.

I saved it on a support ticket, the mnemonic, and password (if any), and "This account belongs to Chadwick Allen Austin"

hopefully my name on the support ticket is enough to get the website to release the info to me.

wish me luck.

Any wallets around Feb 2011, please make a comment in this thread.

the mnemonic I have is, even if coincidentally, an electrum1 wordlist.  thats the 1626 word list for electrum 1.  I have been using btc recover to solve my 'encryption'.  So I saved an impartial mnemonic or the mnemonic will only open on electrum wallets v 0.30 or before.  0.56 was in November 2011.  mabye version 0.20 was in the earlier part of 2011.

pooya87:

thanks for the comment.  this fact still stands, the mnemonic was made in February of 2011.  bip 39 wasn't around then.  What is your best guess on all software programs made in feb 2011 that could create a 12 word mnemonic.

originally i thought bitpay was around back then, but thats not what bitpay says.  I read they weren't open in feb 2011.

I think electrum, bitcoin core, mark from mt. gox would know.  i'd still like a copy of electrum v 0.3 or before.  like 0.20 mabye.  if you have a exe file or complete python electrum version 0.20, please post here.  I'm not very good searching on github.

I can't quite recall when electrum released its first version.  As a rule, I don't believe everything I hear on the internet.  the seed is from feb 2011.  I can't remember what wallet created the mnemonic.  could have been bitcoin-core or electrum or mabye another one.  I cant accurately rememebr, 10 years ago.

And all I found was like 30 lines of code on that link.  I need a electrum version 0.3 or before like 0.2 but I am not a programmer and can't compile complex programs.  I need a complete wallet file as an executable or for use with python.

Electrum v 0.3 or before - Where can I find a copy?
by

According to this release note I  found on electrum  0.56 downloaded from github, I need to find a copy of electrum before 0.3.  I have an old seed from february of 2011 I am trying to open.  here is the 'release note' copied from the txt file;

======================================================================================
This page lists versions of Electrum that are incompatible with the
previous version. These incompatibilities are caused by a change in
the key derivation algorithm.

Wallets created before the change are incompatible with the new
version, and that users need to move their bitcoins. We apologize for
the inconvenience. We try to keep this kind of upgrades as rare as
possible.

LIST OF UPGRADES:
-----------------

Version 0.34: The key derivation was changed again in version 0.34, in order to offer "type 2 wallet" capabilities.
Version 0.31: This version fixes a vulnerability in the key generation function.

HOW TO UPGRADE:
---------------

If your wallet is deprecated, you will see a message asking you to
create a new wallet and to move your balance to the new wallet.

Here are the steps that you need to follow:
* create a new wallet with the new version of Electrum:    /path/to/new/electrum.py -w my_new_wallet.dat
* copy a receiving address from the new wallet
* open your old wallet with the old version of Electrum:   /path/to/old/electrum.py -w my_old_wallet
* move your entire balance to the new address.

Note that you may keep your current seed. For this, all you need to do
is to create the new wallet using the wallet recovery procedure. You
will not recover your old wallet with the new software, but you will
get a new wallet instead.

=========================================================================================

if you know where I can find electrum version 0.3 or before, please paste the link here.
Thankyou

Re: Found an old wallet file from 3 years ago, can't open it?
by

I found an old file called "Bitcoin_wallet_7-4-2017.dat" in a backup that I have. I downloaded the entire ledger with bitcoin core and copied the DAT file into the "wallets" directory. When I try to open it it just loads their forever, not doing anything.

Questions:

1.) How do I get the address out of this wallet dat file?

2.) When you backup a wallet, you just need the dat file right? Nothing else? Maybe it isn't a complete backup

3.) Any other way to get into what this wallet has?

Note I tried this: https://cryptomining-blog.com/9488-how-to-easily-recover-old-wallet-dat-private-keys-with-pywallet/

But it didn't work. Error:

WARNING:root:pycrypto or libssl not found, decryption may be slow

    Traceback (most recent call last):

    File "c:\zip\pywallet.py", line 2111, in parse_wallet

    d.update(parse_BlockLocator(vds))

TypeError: 'NoneType' object is not iterable

Tried electrum too, that gave me a long hex error.

I have 20 years microsoft and internet experience and have been linked to bitcoin since 10 years ago.  http://www.chadwickaustin.com
