This can have many reasons for example the website URL has been blocked by you ( Accidently ) or your host file has been changed and the site is not reachable anymore.
If the website works on your phone then the problem is somewhere on the computer. Btw, when visiting the website on your phone, is it connected to WiFi or your mobile carrier network?
I think I've figured it might be my IP is blocked, but I dont know why they would block me, its not a site where you can post negative things or piss someone off. It will not connect from my phone on wifi at the house but will connect over data.
What is the host file you are talking about?

Its not fud I've tried for 4 days and 2 different browsers and can not get to it. Google keeps saying site refused to connect. I even clicked on a search result to make sure it was typed right and cleared my history to also see if that was it.
It will not let me do another post so im editing this one. ( the timer is ridiculous) what if I was having a conversation but anyway that site says its just me, but that doesnt help me much.

Have you used the site I suggested to test your connection?
Yes I put that in my last post. It says its working but that doesnt help me much. Why would Genesis be the only site I cant reach on 2 different browsers. Every other site I go to works just fine.
There can be many reasons why that is, one of them can be a virus/adware or a attempt to get in to your account.
I can i can assure you there website is up. Please try other computer on divergent connection.
Try your mobile (wifi off) log in an change your password to be sure.
Can you run this on your pc?

I can. But I've run scans with Windows Defender and Malwarebytes and found nothing.
Also I did check from my phone and is working fine. I never thought of looking from phone, I figured the site was down because Ive never had a problem with just one site not working.

This has been bugging me from day one since I seen [ANN]. Could not for the life of me figure this one out. Glad someone asked & answered this, my goodness, I've been going crazy over it. Sticky
