Зашифрованный файл - только полдела: надо еще позаботиться о том, чтобы о нем никто не узнал. В этом смысл всей стеганографии.

Верно замечено, ведь стеганография предназначена для такого скрытого хранения документов. Кстати зашифрованный файл можно поместить в системную папку и изменить дату на нем, думаю вариант отличный.
