Why would I just randomly lend people BTC without first knowing who they are

As I have said to many people I'm happy for them to put their username on the picture or a big SAMPLE across the middle 

I find your comments very offensive and you should first get facts before throwing accusations like that around.

The maximum loan I will give out is 1BTC

Loans that I think are high risk will be required to pay 10% interest, Low risk loans will be 2% interest

If you are not happy to provide ID for verification please do not bother asking for a loan
