You still haven't resolved this?

Not yet. I am on a business trip. I tried what I was advised but still 0 and no history. I ordered another ledger. I'll keep you informed.

Green Dot (connected), correct addresses and no history... that's weird.
BTW, First (your reply to bL4nkcode) and Last (your reply to me) responses were inconsistent.

Is the "block_headers" file in the %appdata%/electrum folder's size is greater than 44mb?
If it still isn't, just leave your Electrum open for a couple of minutes or an hour specially if your internet is too slow.

Also, you said about "don't know when you've lost your Ledger"... Was this before January-March 2018?
If it was, what kind of "Bitcoin" was deposited in your Ledger? Bitcoin [BTC] or Bitcoin Cash [BCH]?
Electrum only supports Bitcoin [BTC].

Thanks for your anwser

The size of this file is 44429 Ko and the last modification is today.

I have lost my leder this month.  Ther is only BTC

Thanks for your time and your help

Hello,

Thank you all for your answers and help.

How does your wallet address looks, I mean is it started with 1 (legacy), 3 (p2sh/nested), or bc1 (native)? Coz it will differ with the derivation path if you have the address that start with 3 and bc1.

Options you should considered to choose when you import your 24 seed on electrum if your wallet address have this initials.
  • 1 = legacy(p2pkh)
  • 3 = p2sh-segwit (pwpkh-p2sh)
  • bc1 = native segwit (p2wpkh)

It's legacy adress and i have select native segwit.

I just realized that I lost my ledger. I do not know since when exactly.
I have a seed of 24 words. I put it in electrum but I do not see any bitcoin.
Is this normal? How to recover the bitcoins that are in this seed without ledger?
Did you click "Options" and then select "BIP39 Seed" when you were trying to restore in Electrum? Huh Electrum uses it's own seed system, so you need to explicitly select the BIP39 option to make it work with non-Electrum seeds.

Otherwise, do as bl4ankcode suggested... and make sure you're selecting the correct script type when restoring based on the address type that your Ledger was using.

Finally, make sure you are using the latest version of Electrum and that it is correctly synced (should have a green dot in the bottom right corner)... if it says "synchronising" with blue arrows, or you have a "red dot", it won't show your coins.

Yes i have select BIP39.  Electrum version 3.3.4, green dot OK.

Here's another:
First enable the "Address Tab" by clicking "View" then click "Show Addresses".
If the addresses in the list are correct, there's a bad news.

Is there's something in the transaction history that shouldn't be there, or there's none at all?
If there is, what version of Electrum did you installed and where did you downloaded it?
If there's none, do the above posts' instructions.

These are my addresses but with 0 and no history.

Thanks so much for your help

I would like, for security reasons, to transfer them to another BTC address while waiting to order another legder.

Thanks for your help.

Re,

Merci encore.

Bonjour BadRadeon,
